Bio

So yeah, this is Blaze. I'm sorry you had to see this. I do 1x1s of the we're all going to hell variety. 32 ( NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooo). Living in EST. Male. Uh... Stuff. PM me for RPs of questionable moral fibre.

If you want to RP, I'm most easily contacted on Discord (Blaze_Gamma#6210), but I check my PMs here too pretty often.

Red saw the woman approaching his stand and started the thing he said almost on instinct to people who approached (In fact, he sometimes felt like he said it to some people more than once). "Fresh Root Vegetables, picked just this morning in Miris! How can I help you?" He asked.

Leo nodded the civilians on ahead back to town, then had the gate shut off so that nobody could exit while he and the other Breakers tidied up the area. "Lieutenants Saphira and Jade, we're going to spread out and make sure there aren't any other of these beasts around. Let's make this quick. Report back to me if either of you come across any trouble." He spoke, heading directly into the woods and motioning the two to take to his left and right sides. "Oh, and Jade, if I find out you've brutalized any more small animals for sport on this patrol, I'll have you working latrine duty for the next two months. Dismissed."

As the days in Xenon passed, it seemed as if things only got worse. Criminals seemed more bold, and monster attacks were on the rise. While there was relative safety within the walls of the city, that was only possible to the tireless efforts of the Hunters and the MagiBreakers, and even those two groups seemed to be getting pushed to the limits of their ability to protect the city. Something needed to be done, and soon, but there was no way anyone could have known just what was going to happen...

On that very day, within Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Delta, an odd occurrence happened. The streets were filled with white gas. Everyone on the streets, by windows, or out in the fresh air, found themselves overtaken by darkness, and fell faint to the ground. When the people finally began to awaken, it came to pass that hundreds, if not thousands of citizens had simply vanished, without any trace...

Red awoke with a splitting headache. He had no idea what had happened. He started to look around, finding that he was unfamiliar with his surroundings. Wherever he was, he quickly realized that he was surrounded by many hundreds of other people, none of whom were familiar to him, and the entire dark room he was in was covered in an ominous faint crimson glow. It didn't take him long to find the source of the pale light.

"W-what the hell is that?" He mouthed, looking at the giant object. The sheer scale of the thing was almost unreal. It was easily 50 feet tall and 20 feet in width, dwarfing any of the people in the room. He looked around once more, trying desperately to find anyone that he recognized in the crowd, but no matter where he looked, all he could find was a bunch of faceless strangers.

The enormous vaulted room with the crystal in the center was filled with people, some of them unconscious, while many others were waking much like Red had, to a state of confusion. Whatever was going to happen, Red had a sinking feeling that it would not be good.
Okay, as of this point I have 8 active players. Because I've heard nothing from Knighthawk, and Shina in the direction of IC activity, I'm going to have to cut them from the RP's roster and close it off for now. All active players have been added to the intro post (or rather, or are about to be), so let's get this show on the road. I'd like to formally welcome you guys all to Awakened Souls, part one of what I'm going to call The Final Fantasy Legacy.
OH SHIT, IMPORTANT: While characters MUST be in Xenon for this part of the RP, they CANNOT be in Omega.
Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Actually, it was about the slime separating thing. Leo heard it, apparently.
Just go with it.

Red was practically a one man stampede getting onto solid ground, but once he was there, he was finally able to calm himself down somewhat. He gathered up his supplies, then met up with Annabel once more, where she was buying greens for her chocobo. The color had returned to his face by the time he spoke up. "Hey," he spoke in a small voice. "Sorry about that." He then shook his head. "Alright, I'm going to head to Alpha. Gotta get selling these to families who don't want to have to travel all the way across town to buy some potatoes, you know?" He asked before turning on his heels. "I'll be at the usual place!" He spoke before heading off to the residential district.

The flan seemed completely unperturbed by the blade of wind that simply caused its body to shake, and it wasn't any more impressed by the bullets that lodged into its viscous form, only to stop inches in and start to sink right back out. All the while, it moved forward, not even registering the attacks of the two men.

"Get down!" Came a calm, almost regal voice. Quite suddenly, there was a sword sticking out of the flan's face, the blade of the sword colored an unearthly shining white. The giant beast went cross-eyed for a second, trying to figure out what had poked it, but before it could get any clue, the sword seemed to detonate. Almost instantaneously, the monster that had been entirely unfazed by the attacks before was reduced to so much ooze and vapor.

"It's been a while, Cloud Mal," the voice spoke. The source of the voice was a man of around 35. He was dressed in military blues with the sheathe to a longsword strapped to his left side, and a shotgun to his right. He carried himself like a seasoned veteran, and, quite calmly, he picked up the sword, whose blade had returned to being a normal silver, and sheathed it. "I see you've still not learned to calm yourself in the face of monsters." He turned to look at the three. "And who are these two? Apprentices?"

Before giving Mal a chance to reply, he walked up to Fuyuto, beginning to size him up for a moment, before closing his eyes. "You play too many video games." He said. "Now then, allow me to introduce myself. I am Leo Firelight, commander of the MagiBreakers." He crossed his arms before reaching into his pocket and pulling out a communicator and speaking into it. "This is MBC-01, calling Omega Central Command. Threat outside Delta is eliminated." He spoke.

"You should hurry on into the city. Monsters have been much more vicious as of late, and I don't want to see anyone getting hurt."
