Feel for element:I firkin love my element I was rather....SHOCKED to discover I could manipulate lighting although sometimes I feel like its more of a weapon then an element
History
Alex had a decent life,he and his two best friends practically did EVERYTHING with each other,then on the last day of school there was a BIG party,they had a playground the size of there gym,and the weather was flawless so they had it outside,enough food to feed a hospital, and music that could replace every hype out there,but there soon was a disaster,a terrorist and an entire army of followers were laying waste to the town,Alex saw this and realized that he was the only one who wasn't scared to death,or even a little,so,without regret and with his friends and family in mind,hijacked there truck and rammed some of the soldiers and distributed the guns among his friends,then they lit the invaders up like a firework show,how ever they were beaten back and out gunned,finally,Alex...realizing that he could command lightning,fired arcs of energy at every invader for an entire hour,letting out a total of 60000 volts over time,and from then on he honed his voltaic powers and donned the name,tetravolt

Personality:smart,never angry,patient,helpful funny and friendly
Feel for element:epoch some often wonders why he has control over such a thing and if he deserves it
History:epoch had lived a quite life but when he was 5 he shot a ray of light from his hand,luckily no one ever noticed,so for the next 7 years he practiced light manipulation and read several books about light to have a better understanding of it,then one day he went to a friends house and stayed over night while both there families were gone for 3 days,on the 3rd night somebody tried to break in and then they seen epoch and his friend,his friend tried to run but the intruder caught him and tried to choke him,epoch had no option,he turned on a light and absorbed it into his palm,then fired it dead center into the intruders head,and it was so close to biting his friend that it left a burn mark on his shirt sleeve,the next day the police arrived and they went to ask epoch questions,he told them he shot a beam of light through his head,although it would make perfect sense regarding the soda can sized hole in the intruders head,the cop took him to the police station for further questioning,finally when they couldn't take it anymore,they forced epoch to prove his statement,the police were stunned to see that epoch had just burnt a clean hole through concert the size of a tire,a week later the government arrived at his families home,saying:"we're here to take your son,we need him to come with us,"but his mother said they would have to explain why"that doesn't matter,now get out of the way!"finally his mother let them pass and then when they saw epoch they told him"kid...your coming with us," epoch was confused but went anyway
A month had passed and epoch was living in a government facility where he had been bossed around since he got there,people told him things like"your here to show us what you can do" but epoch replied"no,I'm here because you took me here against my rights as an individual"then after three more months,it was decided that epoch was to be killed,once he found this out he vaporized every other living thing in the facility no matter how much fire power his attackers had,epoch simply melted there weapons with solar power,to this day epoch still is roaming the world,wondering why his powers were givin to him and why he was to be murdered,

one more thing (if you got the wrong idea)when he created a leviathan,its size wasnt meant to match its appearance it was only the size of a generec dinosaur(ants compared to a real leviathan)and the water was only SHAPED into a leviathan(have you ever seen the word leviathan used so many times in a row?)
