About

Blue Demon || Female || Older || Ace

I go by Blue, Demon or BD. Or even Hey You if it's clear enough that you're talking to me. XD I prefer Blue or Blue Demon. And no, I didn't choose "Blue" because I'm sad. It's my favorite color. (And now you know.)

Also, I just discovered DMC and now I'm Dante trash.

@Drake BakuIf you don't mind me saying so, I might have another way for you to look at things.

Although that was not the result I wanted, I will respect your decision. I wish you luck in your current and future endeavors. Maybe our paths will cross again.
The Mad Hatter

I'll second this sentiment.
I feel like there are too many cliched super hero RPs
Queen Cobra

There will never be too many of those. :D

And I have a question of my own: How big of a group are you wanting to join (People wise, not characters)?
I really hesitate to throw in my two cents here, since I think the GM and Shanks have said it all. *Peace*

But since they haven't said: I feel like this RP is not a fight based story. Your characters are something I'd expect to find in an Arena story. But here we're focused more on the daily struggles of the individual and how they plan to overcome to the Technopath. Not how powerful they are in a throw down. Or at least that's what I'm getting. And with your characters being so emotionally detached, and dare I say stunted, you have to heavily rely on what they can do power wise, not what they can feel and express. Which limits what your characters can or cannot do in a certain situation and very much makes them one-dimensional. And to be honest, except for the power set, Drake and Blade read like the same person

And lastly, I'm not doing this out of spite. I think you put a lot of thought into your characters, I just don't think they're the right fit for the story as they are. I do think with some tailoring they can fit right in.
Does this RP require any knowledge of Young Justice 2020 or can you join either way?
Queen Cobra

I second this question. Because if there's no knowledge required I'd be interested.
@Blue Demon
I thought that I mentioned it in the OP, but now realize that I forgot; They don't actually know where exactly the Technopath is. He's hiding, since he, himself, is not really a match for most other supers; without his "inventions" (in this case the Crusaders), he's very vulnerable. Since there are people around that could sneak past the Crusaders and straight into his "bedroom" and smother him in his sleep, he's smart enough to not take any chances.
I'll add to the OP that his actual whereabouts are unknown, but he is assumed to be inside the city.

I didn't know that. I assumed he was lording it over them in some sort of fortress. (I read too many fantasy novels. Haha.) I'll make sure to remember that.

I feel like Ruben could possibly have some sort of relationship with the Fixers, given that he is a quite talented tinkerer and would probably have needed them in order to get parts for his leg. They probably won't be friends, or even act as if they actually like each other, but they would have a professional sort of relationship. His power is the kind that he doesn't really need to hide, since it's not something he can use for anything but outright battle situations.

I would be fine with that.

And since I now have a few moments and everyone seems to like the Fixers:

The Fixers: They are a relatively small group. They were founded by Piper and four other people. Two of those have died. They've "carved" surface the city into Three zones. Piper has a Zone and so do the other two founders. Piper's scavenging zone is not in the zone where she resides. To keep each other safe they all use code names. Pipe keeps track of about 30 Fixers. They are encouraged for their own safety not to induct any mutants into the Fixers. (But that doesn't mean they wont help them.) Every so often the founders of the Fixers get together, pool what they have, and gauge their next move. The end goal for the Fixers is escaping the city. But until that point they strive to gain/maintain power sources. Fixers do not actively go against the Crusaders or the Technopath. However indirect action that cannot be traced back to an individual is not discouraged. They are, after all, scavengers, not warriors.
Well, Fixers stick to themselves, so Naomi would have had to figure that out herself. But in the setting, hiding what she is, would be more normal than showing off. So I wouldn't think it would be that much a stretch really.
I don't know if the Fixers would willingly take in a mutant. They'd help her out if she was good enough, but'd keep her at a distance. Unless she's hiding the fact that she is a mutant. Then they'd only have their suspicions, which might be interesting.
