Appearance: Ginny is on the shorter side. She only stands at five foot three. She has short, dyed, blonde hair. Her natural color is a darker brown. She has blue-green eyes and a fair complexion. Ginny is skinny and rather flat and without curves, however she knows how to dress to highlight what little assets she has.

Personality: Ginny has two personas. One is her work and the other is with friends. She likes to keep her life separate.

While at work, Ginny (known as Broker) is a cold person. Some people have gone as far to call her frigid. She prefers to be described as detached. She doesn't want, nor cares, to like the people she works with. She just thinks of them a tools or means to an end. She is a very hard working woman who likes to be through. She rarely delegates anything to anyone and trusts no one but herself.

When Ginny is with friends she is practically a different person. She is very open and warm. Though she is an almost compulsive liar. She likes to laugh and tell jokes. She is also a very tactile person. Chances are she'll want to hold your hand. Ginny also tends to spend a lot of money on clothes and accessories. She'll also donate a bit to whatever charity strikes her fancy. All of her friends view Ginny as a very loyal, abet busy person.

Powers: Psychometry (ESP)

Whenever Ginny touches and person or object she can get a "reading" off of it. For example, if Ginny touches a door knob and concentrates, she can see the last couple of people who also touched the door knob and know when they did so. However not all readings are clear. The older the object is, the easier it is to get a reading. If there was a traumatic event attached to the object, the easier it would be to see it. The newer the object is, the harder. People are extremely hard and most readings are nonsensical. Ginny cannot get readings off charred objects (if nothing has touched it after the burning) or liquids or gases.

  • Ginny can hack almost all computers, but not from a distance. She uses her ESP to "see" the passwords from the keyboard.
  • Ginny does have some natural computer skills, but not hacking related.

Brief Bio: Ginny was born to poor parents. They wasted whatever money they gained on booze and drugs. Needless to say home life was no life for little Ginny. She spent a lot of time at school, either in the library or on the playground. She rarely went home unless she had to. Because of her peculiar gifts she excelled in school. She graduated High School by the age 14 and went to college. She gained her emaciation the very next year when she was fifteen.

Since she had a free ride to Yale she focused on riding herself of her past and elevating herself. She went to work for a pharmaceutical corporation, Axell Corp., and started earning more money. But it wasn't enough for Ginny. Through her connections she began to discover the world of blackmail. The added income was very much needed and appreciated. By the time she was seventeen, Broker, was a force in the underground. If you wanted information Broker would get it to you at a price. Ginny didn't care who she sold information to, as long as they paid.

By the time she was in her twenties she had set herself up an empire in the underworld. In her alternate life she was now a shareholder in Axell Corp. Her quick and deft mind kept her above scrutiny and climbing the corporate latter. Though disaster struck in when she was twenty six. A former DA, whom she had blackmailed, gathered enough information on her to toss her into jail for embezzlement. Ironically, the charges were false, yet the DA had enough pull to still get her thrown into jail.

Ginny, now twenty-seven, still runs her information empire from jail and plots her revenge.

Appearance: Jansky has short black hair and eyes. He has paler skin, mainly because of the time he spends off planet out of sun light. Jansky is tall, but he doesn't tower.

Personality: Jansky cares about his crew, ship and getting paid. Everything else can go to hell for all he cared. When people talked about him they used words like cold, distant, hard, or even coward. But that was his standard front for deals and jobs. He also wont risk anything unless it's for his crew or his ship. His motto was there is always another day.

He is quite the cheery and open person around his crew. He has hard line morals and sticks to them even if sometimes they cause more trouble then they're worth.

Janksky loves the freedom of outer space. The infinite possibilities. Of course there was the danger, but that didn't lessen Jansky's love. He also has a tendency to hum when he's happy. Which is quite often.

History: Janksy doesn't talk about his past much. He really only cared about the times after he gained the Pioneer and his crew. He's pretty mum on his life. Some of his crew speculate it was actually nothing special. Others say he used to be a terrible person. The only person who knows for sure is Jansky and he's not talking.

Physical Description: The twins are both five foot seven. They had long brown hair. It's naturally curly. They have pale skin and wear a bit of make-up, but nothing gaudy. They look just like each other. The only way to tell them apart is by their clothes and how they style their hair, Teresa prefers straight hair, while Carla likes her slightly curly. They have blue-grey eyes.

Teresa's Personality: Teresa is a social butterfly. She likes to act and has big dreams. She loves her sister and believes nothing will ever come between them. She's a little scattered brained at times. She tends to forget things. Teresa is generally a nice person.

Carla's Personality: Carla is quiet. She doesn't say much, mainly because Teresa talks so much. She loves to read and study. She has a large fascination with sharks. She remembers things for her sister and is generally considered the more reliable one.

History: Teresa and Carla grew up in one place. They are the only children and thus are spoiled by their family. Both got good grades throughout school. Teresa was one of the popular girls. She was on the cheer squad. She had a new boyfriend every week. Carla was a nerd, she hung out with her nerdy friends. Though they always spent time together.

Skills: Completing each other's sentences. Carla is a skilled researcher. Teresa is a very good actress.

Colton Weeks

Physical Description: Colton is five foot nine. He has shaggy brown hair, emo styled as he calls it. He has blue eyes. Colton's a bit of a bean pole. Even though he's 22 he hasn't quite filled out yet making him look about 19. Not that he's complaining.

Personality: Colton's a good guy. He always make sure everyone's happy. He likes to go snowboarding to feel the adrenaline rush. He passive-aggressive. If you try to get him mad, outwardly he wont show it, but secretly he'll plot on how to get even. Back in high school there were a few times he almost got expelled for pranks, or revenge as he calls it, but the school could never prove it was him.

History: Colton's the oldest of five children. His youngest sister was just hospitalized by her heart condition. He took time off from college to work full time to add his income to his parent's.

Skills: Money wizard, He can make bank accounts sit up and beg. Maybe that's why he's going into accounting.

Mary Danger

Physical Description: Mary is of average height at five foot seven. She has long blond hair and blue eyes. She is curvy, but not super curvy.
Personality: Mary isn't the nicest woman in the world. Growing up as the only daughter she learned to fight for what she wanted, a mindset she carried over when she became a werewolf. In a male dominated pack she struggles with her low status even though she feels she could be one of the dominates that are higher in the pack.

History: Mary changed when she was only in college. She's been a wolf for almost twenty years now. She still visits her family, but less and less over the years.

Skills: A mixed martial artist. Also a oil-on-canvas artist.

Will Jackson

Physical Description: Will is tall at six two. He has brown hair and eyes and sometimes a bit of stubble.

Personality: Will can be a bit over bearing at times. it comes from being a pack alpha. He values his pack over all else. He's a little reticent since his wife died a few years back of old age. Though Will does like to be around his pack and to make sure they're safe. He looks up to the Merrick and hopes one day to be as good of an alpha as the alpha of alphas.

History: Will was born at the tail end of the prohibition era. He was a young boy when WWII broke out. By the time he was 18 the war had ended. He did go serve in the Korean War. He met his wife as she was serving as a nurse to the american soldiers. They married shortly after their meeting and became life partners. When he returned to the states and was changed, his wife didn't leave him. She encouraged him to become better and thus lead to his being alpha today.

Personality: Rune has a carefree and vocal personality. He tends to talk a lot especially when he's nervous or meeting new people. It's like a defense mechanism. But he's really friendly none the less. He loves travelling and seeing new places. His greatest goal in life is to publish his book and increase cultural awareness.

History: Rune is the youngest son of six children. His mother and father pretty much booted him out the door as soon as she could work on his own. For they couldn't afford to feed him. He ended up falling in with a traveler (merely because he wouldn't go away and the traveler gave up trying to make him). The Traveler's name was Anum. Anum was the one who set Rune on his path of become a folkloreist/ Historian. The two parted paths once Rune finished his "apprenticeship" at the age of 19. Though the two still keep in close contact.

She's super arrogant and doesn't care. She has the power to back up her ego.

History: When she flaunts her tower's thief proof status, it attracts a lot of attention.

Personality: Trevor isn't huge on his ego, but he takes pride in his work. He likes people talking about him, but he never takes credit. He lives by the motto: the only good thief is a free thief. So why does he steal? The answer's easy. For fun. He wants to be the best, unfortunately for everyone else, the only thing he's good at is stealing.

History: Trevor grew up middle class. He wasn't poor, but he wasn't wealthy. Not that it mattered to Trevor. He was the youngest son and child in his large family. His father always ragged on him to find some way to make a living. When he was a child he quickly learned how to steal things. It became a hobby of sorts. When his mother caught him at it, she kicked him out at the age of twelve. Ever since then he's been running around the isles stealing and having a terrific time... at everyone else's expense of course.

Skills:Trevor's a pseudo-mage. He can't use magic, but he can persuade inanimate objects to do minor things. Like locks to unlock and doors to open. Stuff like that.

Physical Description: Ayo is of average height standing at five foot seven. She is of mixed race, part African American and part Latina. She has lighter brown skin and brown eyes. Her hair is also naturally curly. When she was younger she used to get it relaxed, but now she just ties it back into a tight bun.

Ayo also has quite a few scars. Most of them were benign in origin. Gathered from her childhood. However there are a handful of scars that were gained from life and death situations, usually because of her magical ability and lack of discipline.

Personality: Ayo is talkative. She like to hear the sound of her own voice. She rarely shuts up even if she doesn't have anything to say. The only time she is quiet is when she's working. Of course if someone initiates contact while she's a work, all bets are off.

History: Ayo was born to military parents. Her mother was in the Air Force and her father the Navy. Her mother was Latino and her father was African American. The unique match managed to alienate them from their parents, but they still loved each other. As a young girl she lived her entire life overseas with her mother. Her father was often away on a Navy ship.

While overseas she studied magic under various men and women. As she grew so did her desire to learn more. She didn't stick with one branch of magic. This was also partly because of her flighty personality and inability to concentrate on any one thing for a long period of time. Yet Ayo was always respectful of the various deities that granted their power to her. She doesn't worship any deity in particular, but she reverences them all; giving them the respect they deserve.

When Ayo was in her early twenties she moved to the states to go to college. She dropped out after one semester and got a job as a security guard at Techo Corporation (shorted to Tech Corp). Now thirty, Ayo is chief of security at Tech Corp. She considers herself very lucky that her job sends her all over the world.

Skills: Ayo is a witch and a sorceress. Below are her main skills. She can do other magical spells, but it takes her longer.

• Illusions: These are Ayo's forte. She can cause anything she can imagine to appear. She can also trick a subject into thinking the illusion has mass and can hurt them. If she really concentrates she can affect upwards of five different people. Mostly she uses her illusions as bluffs.
• Fire: Fire is Ayo's offense. If the illusions don't work, she backs it up with a nice toasty fire ball.
• Curse Breaking: Ayo is adept at unraveling curses and even spells if given enough time.
• Curses: Not only can Ayo break your curse, she is very, very good at cursing people.

History: Rebecca is a senior in University. She's majoring in graphic design and already has an internship with a vast gaming producer. During her free time she plays World Chronicle and lives as Saigon.

Physical Description: Steph is androgynous by birth and choice. Hän has short brown hair. Hän isn't what you'd call pretty by classical standards, but hän doesn't care. Steph stands at 5'11" with a fair complexion. The thing that annoys Steph the most is that hän's ears are huge. Delicate earrings never look right.

Personality: Steph is a laid back person. Hän learned early on that people will always judge, and there was no way to escape it. So Steph learned to not it bother or to hurt anymore. However hän is a very tenacious person when it comes to work. Hän loves fiercely and will never turn hän's back on friends or family.

History: Steph was born Stephanie Jordan. Hän's parents were Jessie and Carla Jordan. Steph was an only child. Growing up wasn't easy for Steph. But hän had good parents who were supportive of hän despite the times. They encouraged Steph to find herself, even if that meant their daughter wasn't Stephanie anymore. They helped Steph find a gender neutral pronoun hän could use in place of she or even he. This turned Steph onto learning Finnish and hän's undying love of the language. Steph has been over to Finland a few times in hän's life. When Steph retires hän wants to retire to Finland.

When Steph was younger hän realized there was another reason hän was special. Hän could see spirits and feel emotions from inanimate objects. This made childhood extremely rough. But hän's parents never failed to love hän. They never once thought hän was crazy or a difficult child. Of course it helped that hän's parents believed in the supernatural and were full time hippies.

As Steph grew up in a very conservative society hän was shamed for her life choices. Not even hän's parent's love could make it easier on Steph. Steph was more often than not the loner kid in school. However hän was very smart and graduated early. In college life got a little better. Hän made friends that loved hän for who hän was. They didn't care that hän didn't feel like hän had a gender. One of Steph's friend's father was a PI who hän ended up working for. In hän's late twenties hän started up hän's own PI office.

Skills: Steph is a skilled investigator. Hän is also proficient in firearms, photography and kick boxing. Steph is fluent in Finnish. Hän is also skilled at disguising hänself as either male or female if the situation calls for undercover work.

If that's how you feel, and aren't really willing to change anything. I don't see how I can help you. If you want advice how to build a well balanced character for this type of setting, (as you said this isn't a Marvel Comic), I'd be willing to help. Just PM me. Other than that, I don't think I have anything more to add.

Also, so far Piper only knows Naomi and maybe Jack through the Fixers. :) It's quite possible that everyone might know of the Fixers and is somehow tied to her through that way. I would not be adversed to that.
