Wrong. They do have electricity and stuff, but for convenience instead of leisure. You'll find a shitty, cheap phone, but you won't find any video games. You'll find radios, but no television. They use it to keep in touch with the modern world so as to not get completely caught off guard if a disease breaks out or a war starts.
Although, the chances that an Amish person would see that are slim.
