Temperance was more than startled when the little girl revealed herself. She shrieked in terror. "Don't scare me like that." She clutched at her chest. When her heart settled down she responded. "I know they have powers, that is the whole point of this place. Homework doesn't bother me I am an excellent student. The problem is this place wants me to use my powers, I am not willing to use my powers for any reason. I do not need another voice in my head or another death on my hands. Besides what he wants me to become is a vigilante and according to the laws of America that is a crime. I am going to have a hard enough time at atoning for all my sins in escaping ISIS captivity I do not need to add more as a criminal." She began motioning for the girl to leave. "I've got stuff to do."

I have a feeling it would look similar to Lagoon Boy.

Wait is his name Lagoon Boy? The humanoid fish looking one in Young Justice that was dating Miss Martian part of the time in season 2.

Speaking of that character possibly named Lagoon Boy. Why is he so different looking from Aquaman, Aqualad, Teela, etc?

Yes, that is true. But criminal activity she can't condone. Pretty much the only way she would ever be pro-X-Men is if the government declared war against all Mutantkind and/or she was captured and tortured by the government. Then she would still never refer to herself as an X-Man being a woman and all.

Speaking of being sick, I don't know what the hell I got but its been kicking my ass since Sunday. My throat feels like I deepthroated sandpaper.

FYI I have no intention of Temperance leaving. She is just extremely pissed at the moment. Technically she is not wrong about the X-Men being a criminal gang, they are vigilantes and vigilantism is illegal.

So Wonder Woman who basically became their ambassador failed to bring them out of isolation. That or they are extinct.

Question about the time the Legion is from. Where are the Amazonians? What I have seen from comics to tv shows Amazonians are never seen.

Maxima was approached about a month after emergence to join this thing called Legion of Superheroes. She had no idea what that was but it sounded like she got to punch things, so she was down with that but she didn't choose to join up right away she wanted to see the world, maybe beat up some thugs along the way, and maybe find a better offer.

During the month she learned more about this Legion thing. It did indeed offer her the oppurtunity to throw quite a few punches, but they were goody two shoes. She was creating a mental list of pros & cons. Eventually she forgot must of the list, and so to herself. "Fuck it, let's join."

She finally decided to join. She crash landed about a feet from the Legion's HQ. She stood up and dusted herself off. She walked up to their front door and knocked as loudly and as hard as possible. "Knock, knock."
