Also despite the fact it would cause waves, an Explosion....AND Metal Hitting concrete sound nothing like waves crashing against the beach. nothing at all. But ok you can go with waves crashing on the beach makes more sense.

Secondly, you apparently didn't understand me if you're going "You are bent out of shape."
I simply said what I did earlier because you know what he was doing, so why are you making a big deal I wondered.
People are not hive minds, they move and do things that are not on a bread crumb trail. In short, just because there is a game going on does not mean everyone will attend, that is pretty dumb of anyone to expect everyone to just attend.

But hey, look on the bright side, maybe John will post and stop nagging.

Thirdly, you had the geography of the place wrong. (The Island.) in terms of height and range.

So yes, the waves make much more sense.
And if the explosion is as powerful as you make it out to be, most of the characters there would be recovering from a loss of hearing. And judging by the range, the only way they'd know anything was going on if they turned to see the dust/dirt in the air.

Debris that heavy would cause serious waves to go around the island that I think would make anyone feel safe near the water~

For starters, he isn't running from the plot. He went to the beach based on a rumor that the boat would be there.
So I really don't get why you're angry right now.

All I did was pretty much say some of your statements are contradictory.

Yes, the dome would be heard from behind the island. To them it would sound like a water wave.
Think about it, the debris hitting it to cause waves. That makes more sense.

@Silver Fox It just annoys me when something happens and everyone is expected to just go flying to it. Like, the Village is pretty much on a mountain on the back of the island- the Stadium is the furthest thing from the beach. They wouldn't physically hear it.

On top of that, three or four days ago the characters outright stated they were going to Lucca, and are waiting for the boat to possibly roll in based on the rumor.So I'm pretty annoyed right now that I'm expected to just defy physics.

@Aerandir Do you even Remember Beside's architecture? And how large it it? As well as how far up?

Now compare that to... say a mountain? And ground level?
Beside isn't a volcano. So to hear that would require extreme hearing if he is at the beach.

And you placed the Stadium behind the temple...? No one would hear that unless you were directly right outside the building.
Most he'd see is maybe dust rising from the area if he looked from a certain angle. And sorry to say, but that is more or less a fact.
