Bio
I'm a generally chill gomboblin that can be kinda particular. I grew up with plenty of electronics and video games, mostly with games like Final Fantasy, Zelda, and StarCraft. Lots of Nintendo. Dark Cloud is pretty sick. That's a lot of variety, and I do like to play a lot of different games. I like to blend magic and technology in my writing, bringing fantasy into space and sci-fi.
Magic in space is something that I find isn't done very much. Airships and spaceships could make for some cool centerpieces. Skies of Arcadia did a fantastic job of this. Perhaps that's not in space, exactly, but it's pretty close. Some of those ships may as well be space ships.

The woman looked up and smiled softly to herself. "This aught to make things easier..." She turned her eyes back to Alex and formed something in her hand, from her shadow magic, before lifting her arm and throwing a ninja star at the insolent girl.

Oxus took the hit and rolled with it, using the force of her punch and the wind to aid him in gaining distance from her. He groaned slightly, rubbing the plate where she'd punched. "You're sharper than I thought..." She saw through his ruse? The child was observant, but still inexperienced.
Just then, the sprinklers kicked on, spreading water within the planetarium. Oxus's shield sparked and sizzled as the water made contact with it, evaporating the droplets. Small bolts of lightning jump short distances from it, moving from droplet to droplet. Its magic power wavered, but remained strong. The yellow highlighting in the sword began to fade, the same thing happening to it. The rusted knight takes a defensive stance, with his shield held up in front of him, and his sword behind. "Tch... You're lucky this time, girl." He stepped back, slipping into the shadows behind him. "Fighting you has become too troublesome..."
... He's gone. The magic reading faded. The icon in the upper left is replaced with a red symbol and a black symbol, but in the lower right is a yellow symbol, pointing to the nearby wax sculpture machine. It was the only one running at the time, and there was a faintly glowing spot on it's side. It's seemed Curgau was somehow merged into the machine by that man's magic, but it has faded now.
"I... think I can coax her out." Vetra seemed unsure, but somehow felt her magic could aid the other fairy.

Solya looks up as the sprinklers start, frowning. "Alright, we need to leave. Stay close, now. I'm sure the others will meet us outside. We should be able to move with the noise of the sprinklers masking our steps..."
They're able to get outside without much incident, where their respective teachers are looking for them, worried. Solya waves and motions to the girls. "C'mon, now. Let your teachers know you're alright. Er... telling them that your friend is fighting might only make them worry more, though."
There's an elven woman nearby, asking questions about what's happening. Her Life fairy floats at her side, managing her notes. She's tall, with jaw-length pink hair and light blue eyes. She bears some kind of band on her arm. A well-studied student could identify it as a badge for an elven investigator.

Gonna retcon the HUD a little bit. Those little post-it notes would cause too much clutter and distraction, so I'm gonna change it a little bit.
