Public Service Announcement: When you DM someone for an RP, show interest beyond just a hello and an offer. Offer what interested you, and perhaps something to work with beyond just stating interest.

Bio
I'm a generally chill gomboblin that can be kinda particular. I grew up with plenty of electronics and video games, mostly with games like Final Fantasy, Zelda, and StarCraft. Lots of Nintendo. Dark Cloud is pretty sick. That's a lot of variety, and I do like to play a lot of different games. I like to blend magic and technology in my writing, bringing fantasy into space and sci-fi.
Magic in space is something that I find isn't done very much. Airships and spaceships could make for some cool centerpieces. Skies of Arcadia did a fantastic job of this. Perhaps that's not in space, exactly, but it's pretty close. Some of those ships may as well be space ships.

I've always loved traveling...? What kind of non sequitur was that? The boy was not saying something. It was either that, or he had thought better of what he was going to say, and she was being paranoid for no reason. Probably that one.
"Travel is exciting, isnt it?" Regan smiles softly. He probably would have had a fun time as a trainer. That said... she had to wonder what challenges being a Ranger would have in store for her. It would be strange, to be without her team... but she'd manage. Others have, before her, so she can do it, too.
After a few moments, the rangers they had met on the docks had addressed them, and they had been assigned their groups. Just like that, they've been given a long-term team. Was this how it felt? It was a curious change of perspective, to think of this as being a pokemon caught by a trainer and assigned an arbitrary team. It was a curious thought.
During the speech, that Blaziken cosplayer gave harsh glares to any among them that had dared to stir amongst the crowd. Regan, of course, behaved herself perfectly, though perhaps was distracted by that same person. Being around that guy was going to be dangerous to her head...
That female ranger was pretty shy, though, wasn't she? It was a little strange that someone would put her in the position to give the speech... had she volunteered? It was good of her to try, at least. Regan approached the woman, smiling softly. "Keep up the hard work, I'm sure you can do it." She nods her head, as though to affirm herself, before going off to line up. "That's all. Later." She leaves with a small wave.
Eventually, she groups up with her team. She turns as she hears her name mispronounced. "Hiryuu." She corrects calmly while looking the man over once. "You must be Rena Sato." He seemed normal enough. The other man seemed unpleasant at first, but after a moment of watching him, she got the feeling that maybe he wasn't that unpleasant. Nnn, maybe. "So, where ya from? Hoenn, m'self."

Hmmm... I suppose. But I'm going to be a little picky about pairs in such cases. I'll review your profiles when I get home tonight.
Well, we'll just have to think of something if that comes up.
Oh, I should mention. I dont want people to have both characters in a miester/weapon pair but I'll think about it.
