Public Service Announcement: When you DM someone for an RP, show interest beyond just a hello and an offer. Offer what interested you, and perhaps something to work with beyond just stating interest.

Bio

I'm a generally chill gomboblin that can be kinda particular. I grew up with plenty of electronics and video games, mostly with games like Final Fantasy, Zelda, and StarCraft. Lots of Nintendo. Dark Cloud is pretty sick. That's a lot of variety, and I do like to play a lot of different games. I like to blend magic and technology in my writing, bringing fantasy into space and sci-fi.

Magic in space is something that I find isn't done very much. Airships and spaceships could make for some cool centerpieces. Skies of Arcadia did a fantastic job of this. Perhaps that's not in space, exactly, but it's pretty close. Some of those ships may as well be space ships.

Serenity chuckles softly, shaking her head. "Please. Words like 'bulky' should be used for underdesigned merchandise. My products are all works of art. You will love what I make for you." She fiddles with the device, trying all sorts of little wiz kid tricks to try and get it to turn on. "Hmmm... biometrics identification security measure? Smart. You're pretty good at electronics, huh? I am, too... I use computers a lot in my design work. Like I said, you'll love my ship."

The woman turns her attention to the woman beckoning to them from the stall. A plantling...? "Wanna check out what she's selling, Mika?" Serenity's hand returns to resting on the other's arm.

"Something broad... perhaps a glaive design, or a halberd. Typically harder to wield, but the weight problem would be... eliminated with my design. Hm." She considered it for a moment, her eyes turned upward, before she just shrugged it off. "I'll figure it out." As Mika brought out her device, Serenity turned to look at it. "Aah, a custom communications device? General electronics or is communications your specialty? (May I?)" Serenity reached for the phone, though would stop if asked. She wanted to take a closer look.

"I'll show you my ship later. I think you'll like some of the stuff I have on board."

"A simple weapon, with reach? You'll want to pick up a spear of some sort. Hmmm... if I wanted to make a spear for you, I'd have to work out how to form such a... pointed kinetic barrier. That, and I'd probably have to design a power gauntlet to go with it, and then make the shaft act as a conduit..." The woman began to space out, but snapped herself back to reality. "A-aah, but... a weapons commission isn't cheap. I do have a business to run. However, we could probably work out a payment plan if money were an issue." Serenity smiles softly at the young lady on her arm. "I'm no scrooge, after all."

"We should pick out a spear, though. Even if I were to make one for you, it would take time. And I'd want combat data, anyway." She smiles softly, lifting her free hand to lay it on Mika's arm. Her eyes turn forward. "Do you make anything, yourself?"

I miss the days when I had so many RPs I had trouble keeping up.

Now currently in a drought. Maybe I'm being too picky...
