Public Service Announcement: When you DM someone for an RP, show interest beyond just a hello and an offer. Offer what interested you, and perhaps something to work with beyond just stating interest.

Public Service Announcement: Please remember that this is a "give and take" hobby. We are here to write, read, and be read. All three parts are important. If you want to be read, then you should read.

Bio

I'm a generally chill gomboblin that can be kinda particular. I grew up with plenty of electronics and video games, mostly with games like Final Fantasy, Zelda, and StarCraft. Lots of Nintendo. Dark Cloud is pretty sick. That's a lot of variety, and I do like to play a lot of different games. I like to blend magic and technology in my writing, bringing fantasy into space and sci-fi.

Magic in space is something that I find isn't done very much. Airships and spaceships could make for some cool centerpieces. Skies of Arcadia did a fantastic job of this. Perhaps that's not in space, exactly, but it's pretty close. Some of those ships may as well be space ships.

Trinity had been occupied with some of the children begging her attention, and when she turned, they were already gone. "Guh! Honestly, I turn away for five minutes and I get left behind..." She huffs and thinks for a moment. One of the kids mentioned they heard them talking about the train station, and Trinity thanks the kids and runs off. On the way there, they noticed magic nearby, and as she turned to look, she spotted it. There was Karn! Jerk ran off without her... She slips into hiding, herself, following him into the train station and observing his change into a cat. It'd make it a little harder to follow him, but it shouldn't be a problem here.

She follows up behind Karn when he bumps into the man's leg, and she picks him up, rubbing the back of his neck as she puts him against her shoulder. "/There/ you are. Run off without /me/, will you." She flicks his ear playfully, before looking to the man. "Hello. You'll have to excuse my companion. I'm Trinity." She takes her hand from rubbing Karn's neck to hold it out to the man, to shake.
Or just... ok, fine. I guess I took a little while longer than I meant to take. Sorry.
I'm gonna have to learn some Christmas bass guitar.
I'll get a post up soon. Holiday stuff is going on and such.
Ooh, dear. Trinity gazed at the boy with apologies intended for his mother before she simply sighed and shook her head. "You want to join the guild here? Do you know anything about it? I met one of the members, but... she wasn't in much of a mood to entertain guests, from the way of it. The atmosphere there seemed a little tense." The white-haired young lady shrugged her shoulders.

"Yeah, flying does take some getting used to..." She thought carefully on the description of his magic. So he gained forms by seeing them? That must mean he's seen that creature, too. "I've read about that creature before. How do you pronounce its name? Do you know?"

"Oh, my magic? Requip and Archery magic, mostly. And a little bit of musical magic, but that's just for show, really."

"What about that cool glowing hammer?" The kid certainly did seem to be all abuzz about the cool magic he saw.

Trinity gave a little twitch at the question. "Er, that's... what you call a pocket ace." They were stepping in to town now, too. "And it doesn't work if everyone knows about it, so I can tell you about it later, 'kay?" She turned her head as she heard some children calling from the park, nearby. "Ah, those must be your friends."
Trin, huh? She sighed softly, watching the kid for a moment before she starts to walk with Karn back through the forest. "He's lucky we showed up. If his mother heard about this, I'm sure she'd be worried sick..." She gave the boy a gently scrutinizing gaze, deciding to heed Karn's reasoning. For now, anyway. "Well, as long as he learns his lesson, I guess."

She looked to Karn as he inquired of her, shaking her head. "No, I'm not in a guild. I just wandered in through Bosco, actually. How about yourself? If you're looking for a guild, I know where one in town is. I happened by it earlier." Trinity stepped out onto the path and turned back around to help the child step through the foliage.

The young lady called her harp once more and began to play lightly, turning to Karn. "So that's not Take Over magic... You even transformed into me. What do you call it?"
Terra moves her defense into the examination room, following Shor'Gen. "Of course. That's what the golem is for." While Shor'Gen closed and locked the Medbay doors, Terra had to wonder how her dirt golem would hold up against guns and other... military hardware. Her fairy flits in front of her, catching the woman's attention. Before she can have a discussion with the creature, Shor'Gen begs her attention. "Stay with the p- Where are you going?" Terra watches as the lobster man disappears into the airvents. "... Alright... guess I'll just stay here, then..." She sighs, and turns to face her fairy and her golem, to find her fairy encasing her golem in ice.

The Selva woman moves in quickly, at first a little panicked. "Whoa, whoa, what're you- is that armor?" She relaxes and circles her golem once, examining the ice closely. She tries to move her golem, and it obeys with minimal obstruction. "... Cool..."
Arrrggg, did I use that semicolon correctly?
Trinity pushed off, after she made contact with the giant ape's head. She spins through the air before landing, shifting her weight and rolling to absorb the ompact. Her new friend got into a bit of a scuffle with the creature, before his body changed again. Some kind of Take Over magic...?

Nope. He transformed to resemble her, and pretty accurately. And he called he pretty. "You picked an awful time to flirt with me."

Her attention was quickly diverted to the now angry Vulcan swinging for them. The young man could take care of himself, clearly, so Trinity simply lept back, away from the attack.

Her friend transformed again, this time into an impressive beast. An ancient form, she'd only read about such a creature from her father's library, and only in story. To see one...

The Vulcan was intimidated, which gave her an idea. She altered the shape of her hammer, to that of a wicked scythe and strode up alongside the other magician, running a hand through his fur. She cracks her neck to either side, doing her best to give a look that says "I'm going to destroy you." The Vulcan wisely chose to flee.

Trinity waited for a moment before she relaxed herself. She took a step away and smiled. "Thank you for the help. I'm Trinity, of Minstrel. That's an impressive magic you have there. Oh, ah, hold on." She seems to remember something and looks to the surroundings. "Hey, boy! Come on out." She waits for a moment, and the child from before emerges. "I was wondering if you'd really run off... I'm certain your friends are looking for you, they must be. And you come out here? Ooh, be glad I'm not your mother; you'd have no supper tonight. You'll just have to apologize, do you hear me? Good." She looks to her friend once more, smiling softly. "Let's escort this one back to town, shall we?"
Vulcans can be so insensitive.
