Public Service Announcement: When you DM someone for an RP, show interest beyond just a hello and an offer. Offer what interested you, and perhaps something to work with beyond just stating interest.

Bio
I'm a generally chill gomboblin that can be kinda particular. I grew up with plenty of electronics and video games, mostly with games like Final Fantasy, Zelda, and StarCraft. Lots of Nintendo. Dark Cloud is pretty sick. That's a lot of variety, and I do like to play a lot of different games. I like to blend magic and technology in my writing, bringing fantasy into space and sci-fi.
Magic in space is something that I find isn't done very much. Airships and spaceships could make for some cool centerpieces. Skies of Arcadia did a fantastic job of this. Perhaps that's not in space, exactly, but it's pretty close. Some of those ships may as well be space ships.

Regan's eyebrows rose at Mira's response. No practice...? "That's really surprising! To be so flexible without any regiment... I wish it were that easy for me. As it is, my training seems to sap my flexibility, and I have to work to keep limber. Nn!" The teacher interrupted her chat with Mira using a rather unpleasant whistle, unfortunately. Tsk. Once the teacher is done giving her instructions, Regan is left slightly disappointed by her choice of team captains. Well, no matter. She watches as Mira is chosen, already, and Shinobu makes her decisions at... random...
It takes her a moment to realize Kotone is referring to her. She sighs and walks over. "I just introduced myself. Try to remember my name, will you? It's Hiryuu." She stands next to Mira, smiling at the girl. "You remember my name, don't you, Aino-san?" While she stands, she tenses and releases various muscle groups, preparing for the activity ahead.

History: The daughter of a family of potters, she found herself in trouble one day, on an errand for her parents. A golden fox saved her life and took her in, teaching her how to fight. She was given a sword that resembles the night sky, and told to seek its sheath.
Strengths: Ki use, agile, knows how to survive

There are no hard rules that I've observed, really. As with most things in Japanese, it's context, context, context.

-kun is more endearing, and familiar. A teacher becomes familiar and endeared with their students throughout years of working with them, which is why it is used there.
