Public Service Announcement: When you DM someone for an RP, show interest beyond just a hello and an offer. Offer what interested you, and perhaps something to work with beyond just stating interest.

I'm a generally chill gomboblin that can be kinda particular. I grew up with plenty of electronics and video games, mostly with games like Final Fantasy, Zelda, and StarCraft. Lots of Nintendo. Dark Cloud is pretty sick. That's a lot of variety, and I do like to play a lot of different games. I like to blend magic and technology in my writing, bringing fantasy into space and sci-fi.
Magic in space is something that I find isn't done very much. Airships and spaceships could make for some cool centerpieces. Skies of Arcadia did a fantastic job of this. Perhaps that's not in space, exactly, but it's pretty close. Some of those ships may as well be space ships.

Trinity suddenly found herself moving backwards! That was interesting, she was supposed to be moving forward. With a stumble and a curse, the girl identifies the cause. "Hey, dammit!" She struggled for a moment before relenting. She couldn't hit him very well from her angle, so she'd just have to think of something else. She had an idea, but she'd have to be clever if she didn't want anyone to notice. He'd notice, but she would just have to hope he'd realize she must have reasons to disguise her magic behind another.
She turned and fired an Ice Arrow into the ground behind her, but before she looses it, she creates a small Energy Make defensive barrier inside the hand grabbing her shirt (she could only be so precise, so quickly, because he was so very close). After creating it, she expanded it quickly, aiming to force his palm open and his hand away. The Ice Arrow would splash up, and hopefully engulf his hand without catching her, as well. She had to be quick to roll away and turn to face him, guard raised to him. "I never said anything about sacrificing myself, so keep your presumptions to yourself. And don't-"
She stopped, turning and looking over her shoulder, at the building. This other sensation, growing stronger. It wasn't like that fearsome pressure she felt. It was like she was reaching through a door that had only just been opened, and feeling the difference in the air between a building and an annex. "That's... different."OTOKO DA!

"Uwwoooaaaah." Trinity watched as the fight began. It was rather awe inspiring, especially since they didn't seem to care that they were inside. The clash of magics was quite impressive, but so was the collateral.
She turned to Karn next to her. "So they're always like this?"
