Public Service Announcement: When you DM someone for an RP, show interest beyond just a hello and an offer. Offer what interested you, and perhaps something to work with beyond just stating interest.

I'm a generally chill gomboblin that can be kinda particular. I grew up with plenty of electronics and video games, mostly with games like Final Fantasy, Zelda, and StarCraft. Lots of Nintendo. Dark Cloud is pretty sick. That's a lot of variety, and I do like to play a lot of different games. I like to blend magic and technology in my writing, bringing fantasy into space and sci-fi.
Magic in space is something that I find isn't done very much. Airships and spaceships could make for some cool centerpieces. Skies of Arcadia did a fantastic job of this. Perhaps that's not in space, exactly, but it's pretty close. Some of those ships may as well be space ships.

Regan looked over as she heard someone shouting across the athletic field. An... American? That was her guess, anyway. What an accent, too! Speaking Standard was so... stifling, maybe she should speak normally a bit more often, herself. She cups one hand to her mouth and responds, smiling. "Hello~, Kinamoto-san!" She smiles before going to intercept the girl. She didn't feel like shouting much, to be honest, but she could at least greet the girl in a similar manner.
When she gets up to the girl, she extends a hand to shake. She's at least a little familiar with western culture, thanks to her father. "Hey there. I'm Hiryuu Regan, pleased to meetcha. I'm from Osaka, how 'bout yerself?" Aaah, it felt good to speak the way she wanted to for once. Really good! She looks the girl over... real cute! And a figure she'd expect from a foreigner, too. Her own figure was largely from her German half... or so she figured. No way she got her chest from her mother.

Yeaah... anime where the yuri is just out there is rare. I think I may have exhausted the blatant yuri anime as well.

Blatant Yuri is pretty good. And it's a good lure, too. More anime should have blatant yuri. *nods*

That could have been referring to any magical girl anime I've ever seen unless I always read too much into their relationships. ^_^

Probably, but let's not overthink it. =P The point is, they both talk weird.
Yknow, her accent reminded me. Regan speaks purposefully in Standard Japanese, but she's most comfortable speaking in the Kansai dialect, which is basically the southern accent of Japan.
I think Regan and Haru will get along pretty well. :3
