Public Service Announcement: When you DM someone for an RP, show interest beyond just a hello and an offer. Offer what interested you, and perhaps something to work with beyond just stating interest.

I'm a generally chill gomboblin that can be kinda particular. I grew up with plenty of electronics and video games, mostly with games like Final Fantasy, Zelda, and StarCraft. Lots of Nintendo. Dark Cloud is pretty sick. That's a lot of variety, and I do like to play a lot of different games. I like to blend magic and technology in my writing, bringing fantasy into space and sci-fi.
Magic in space is something that I find isn't done very much. Airships and spaceships could make for some cool centerpieces. Skies of Arcadia did a fantastic job of this. Perhaps that's not in space, exactly, but it's pretty close. Some of those ships may as well be space ships.

Regan will kick down your door and beat you if you keep her roomie up with your loud noise. Or stab her sword through your amp, through the floor, from downstairs. Either one.
Heeey, time for Kouko to interact with someone more directly~
Kouko looked around as the Miko approached the samurai. Really, other than maybe the Princess, there wasn't anyone she wanted to talk to. They were either too intimidating or too... ah... boisterous. The little woman follows by the Priestess's side, looking up at the samurai she speaks to. She smiles softly, bowing respectfully. "Hello, samurai-san. Kurahimi, was it? Hiryuu Kouko." When the samurai draws her sword, Kouko takes a chance to look at it closely. A reversed sword...? She must be very confident if she would purposefully take a non-lethal weapon on a mission like this. Not to say you /couldn't/ kill with it, but swinging to strike with the sharp edge would be awkward.
"It's not impossible, but... it speaks to your dedication, Kurshiami-san. If you would, might I ask you to place your hand on the hilt of this sword? I want to see something. Feel free to refuse, I would understand." Kouko takes the sheathed sword from her waist and holds it up for Kurahimi to touch the hilt.
Should she take the opportunity, she surely notice the loose fit of the sheath to the sword. It was just a little too big. Was this not the right sheath? Further, to any who do not hold peace in their heart, this sword would burn the hand that held it. If you took your hand away quickly enough, it wouldn't leave any serious burns or marks, but it would definitely be noticeable that the sword would reject such a hand. Otherwise, it would seem to be the hilt to a normal sword. The Priestess might notice a faint, peaceful aura from it, being so close.
Beware: To doubt oneself is to be conflicted, and if one is conflicted, one is not at peace.

When Regan returned, she regarded Tohru with an apprehensive gaze. She frowned slightly, deciding on how to react... with what she'd gathered of this one's character so far, and how close she felt to her (not much at all), it was probably safe to reject the joke outright, if it was even a joke. "Are you mocking me...? That's rather unwise."
However, her temper was steadied when Tohru got pegged with the ball. She put a hand to her mouth and let only the slightest chuckle escape. "Serves you right, Honada-san. You shouldn't make fun of others." With that, she takes her position up in front of the net. She'd be listening closely for a sneak attack from behind, too. Couldn't let Honada-san peg her in the back of the head, could she? "Aah... Shinobu-san, we're starting. You may want to-" There's the serve! Though, Honada's declaration...
"Aah... Honada-san. It wasn't Shinobu-san that hit you..." She looks back at the rocker with a grin that seemed to take pleasure in the girl's mistake. Man, Tohru was just making enemies today.
