Bio:

Edokaluriconus (usually shortened to Edoric) was born into the noble House of Nordiere to Kaierallusadie (often shorted to Kaierallus) Nordiere and his Gem wife Naynami. Kaierallus was a great warrior who had served valiantly as his own father and rose through the ranks to be a high ranking officer in in army. The House of Nordiere was known to produce dedicated officers and soldiers while serving for one of the greater Warbands (they're also famed for some ridicules names) and Kaierallus and his son were no different.

Edoric himself however was the second oldest of about three dozen children (technically he was third oldest but he was always more grown up and mature then his older brother who was the second oldest so people considered him to be older). He learned from a young age how to control people, practicing his manipulation skills on his younger siblings and some of the servants. By the time he was of age, he could lie as naturally as eating and drinking and you could present his lies to anyone and most couldn't tell the difference.

However, it was discovered that Edoric had not inherited all of the Nordiere genes. During his time in the army, he discovered that his strength was below that of not only his own family, but nearly all of the recruits. Despite this lack of strength, Edoric made up for it in his speed and his sheer endurance; a common straggly for him was to simply tire the enemy out before moving in to take them down with a quick flurry of strikes. As time grew, his skills did too. Although not much improvement was made to his physical strength, his speed and stamina only grew in response, earning him the title of "Phantom" due to his agile movements and fast hits.

While this did work very well and allowed him rise through the ranks quickly and stay on top, it would also lead to another event which would change Edoric. During a raid of a enemy town, he commanded a small force of five dozen Drakken (with a third of them from his own family) the townspeople got creative and used all sorts of makeshift contraptions to fling heavy objects at his force. Despite leading a heroic charge against them in a hail of flying crap (both figuratively and literally as chamber pots were part of the mix), he was taken out. The last thing he remembers is getting hit in the head by an especially heavy pot of soup before blacking out. Although he would make a full recovers with only his horn getting a little chipped and his forces claiming victory, his mind was completely changed. He is no longer completely stable, now he is more random and you can easily tell he's... off.

People who once knew him say that he's a changed man with multiple personalities all in accompanying shades of paranoia, insanity, perversion, sadism and dark humor. The un-predicability aspect of him makes him only more dangerous and frankly unsettles some Drakkens as there's a 50/50 chance of him either busting out sick dance moves or busting out his sword at the dinner table. There are multiple accounts where Edoric reportedly attempted to get a goat to do yoga at parties or dig a hole in the foyer with the assistance of an especially heavy pot of soup. Spontaneous duels to the death are also a common sight in some of his gatherings, one such engagement involved him ending up in the chandelier through a combination of magic, a grandfather clock and a pint of strawberry jam.

Despite his strangeness, he served gallantly in the army and manages a profitable business when he wasn't working on military stuff. Commanding both respect (and equal parts fear) by both his soldiers and his business associates, he has made quite a name for himself. Minus the ones he carved into stone walls using a superheated spoon of course. His marriage came at his siblings' urges, believing that he ought to find himself a wife to have children and pass on the successful genes of the Nordiere family. Seeking out a Gem wife, he got in touch with some "friends" and soon found himself such a girl, partly to shut his family up and partly so that he'd have someone else to talk to in private besides the people in his head.

Other:
- He has an irrational fear of anything fluffy. Wombats and hamsters absolutely terrify him.
- While he is most often seen with a sword, he as a healthy knowledge of using various other types of weaponry
- The business he runs is most notable for the creation of metal based items and equipment but also assists in the transport of Gem wives.
- His recent business endeavors include: expanded metal mining operations, upgraded equipment forges, a distillery (not his own choice but his associates'), a cheese maker (again not his choice) and a professional goat sodomizer (defiantly not his own idea)

If they're just sneaking into Tin and trying to stir up trouble, then fair enough. I don't have a problem with the idea of you actually gaining knowledge of Tin's doings (not much will be discussed that the world wouldn't already know or suspect, aside from a massive embargo) so much as the idea that Yamatai can somehow know what's going on inside of the palace.

As in for diplomats, keep in mind that we made a history between our nations a while back and they don't get along well. Your diplomats would be watched closely and not trusted, so sending in spies through the embassy probably wouldn't be the best way to do it. Probably better to just find someone who looks like a Tinite (or better yet, is one), teach them the language and culture of Tin, then smuggle them in. According to Mihndar (I think?) Tin is apparently bigger than Russia is in the real world, so it's feasible to sneak in a few spies into one of their borders that isn't watched closely.

That's more or less the plan. Get some people who look like Tinites/can pass as one/won't stick out in a urban area and transport them in some non-Yamatai affiliated caravan/trade ship or just plain old ninja-ing across the border. If all goes to plan, they won't have to get their hands dirty.

They didn't have the royal palace bugged, they are literally just deploying after the Emperor told them too.

I'm not planning on having them steal military secrets or kill a royal family member, they're just their to see the side of Tin that the Sultanate doesn't want the Yamatai diplomat to see. At worse, they'll rile up the populace and add some fuel to the chaos if someone else starts it so they don't have to take the blame of starting it.

All in all, they'll probably end up as extra guards for the diplomat, in shadows of course.

Yaki looked at the fire-haired girl, he recognized her dialect from a trader who passed by the horde some years ago, "You are located in the land of Rizu Horde." He stabbed his spear into the ground, keeping it in close reach as he extended a hand to the girl on the ground, "Requiring help?"

In the camp it was often joked that his words sounded like a young boy who never grew up. The occasional actions that Yaki took only reenforced that notion. A certain situation involving a lance, a broken clay pot, a dead goat and a local shaman would only seal his eternal youth. For years now he was said that he was just a child, but now he showed mature, genuine concern about this fire-haired girl from a land beyond. He was no medicine man, but he could tell she was in bad shape, noting several cuts and bruises just by glancing at her.

Once again he repeated his words and shook his arm, "Requiring help?"
