89% of magic tricks are not magic. Technically, they are sorcery.

Banned for not knowing the difference between a spelling mistake and a grammar mistake. (everything was spelt right, but the use of 'your' was grammatically incorrect, you pleb)

Kevin jumps at the girl's sudden appearance, cursing under his breath. He then clears his throat, staring at her. "Uhh, no, you haven't really interrupted much. Do I know you? No, scratch that, I know I don't know you. Who are you?" The mage glares at the girl, swirling the other red potion Minx had handed to him as he awaits an explanation. He prepares to dive back or to the side, just in case the girl wasn't what she seems to be. He oddly felt... kind of relaxed considering a random person just appeared there whom he had no knowledge of.

Kevin sighs. "I guess it can't be helped..." He drinks down one of the potions, suddenly feeling a bit dehydrated. He hopes that fixing up his insides doesn't take too long. He doesn't even know how long he was dead for, and he has no idea of the state of things in this world, or any others he'd been to. He thought about the guild, and immediately discarded the thought. He had left them behind for a reason, and he wasn't about to go back, in case he left a trail for trouble to follow. Sure, he may have been dead for some time, but if people who knew him dead found him alive, they would surely question how it'd come about. If they had any intention of finding out, they'd track where he'd been, and he didn't feel like putting the guild at risk like that.

Still... he needs to go somewhere. He needs to find something, still scratching at the back of his mind. For now, though, he waits. However, a thought soon occurs. "Hey, Minx, how long had I been dead?" He didn't know, and felt that was probably relevant information when considering his next course of action.

One very simple reason

Your ships are inferior. They will be... upgraded. Or they will be... deleted.

Also, what's up? Seems the RP has hit a bit of a snag...

"Guilty as charged." Jeremy says, a bit quietly, but audible. "Do you like it? Normally I can make it more convincing, but it takes more time to do that. I just threw it together, but it at least looks believable. Kind of proud of myself." Jeremy was playing a dangerous game, but he didn't want to let Dustin get away so easily. Especially with his mind now pounding, a number of forces threatening to rip his head into several pieces.

There was very clearly more going on here. Something was magnifying whatever he had used to sense Dustin, and now he was sensing more of them, as if meant to find them. He got the feeling they were supposed to come together, and he wanted to make sure no piece of the puzzle was misplaced. Maybe this was the providence he was seeking... but first he needed to secure this opportunity. "I really want you to come with me, see what all of this is about. I mean, aren't you at least a little bit curious about what or where these powers could have come from?"
Sorry, I've been really busy this last week. I'll try to get a post in tomorrow and post regularly after that. I'll also try to let you guys know if I need to disappear for any reason. Again, sorry for my absence.

Jeremy sighed as he watched Mr. Electric walk away with a simple apology, as if shocking him had been an accident. Did he really think Jeremy wasn't about to follow him? Of course, Jeremy first had to prove he was legit... because he wanted to. And as he stared at Dustin's back, he knew just how to do that. Hell, he'd already been shocked once.

Dustin, as he walked away, would soon come face to face with a glorious beast. The creature stood several stories tall, muscular body towering over Dustin's tiny human form. It's tiny, useless forearms raised from it's torso as it reared up, giving a mighty roar. Standing before Dustin was a T. rex. The king of lizards lumbered back, lowering it's head to come face to face with Dustin. "...Do you know what I am?" The lizard inquired, speaking what was undoubtedly English.

Jeremy smirked at his imaginary creation, attempting to stay quiet so Dustin wouldn't remember he was there. Messing with people's perceptions of reality is such good fun, he thought.
