Hmm, I'm open to most genres but I go mostly for sci-fi themes, especially post-apocalyptic scenarios. However, I'm also very much into fantasy, horror and action oriented role-plays. I'll consider certain fandoms, but I tend to avoid fandom role-plays if I'm not familiar with the source material (or do not know enough about it). I do NOT like romance or smut, at all.

Ahh my hiatus was alright, it was mostly because I was busy with uni and drawing commissions so I didn't have a lot of time for it. I mainly came back to help a real life friend out with one of her role-plays, but I am definitely interested in finding others to join! I really want to get back into role-playing, haha.
Oh yeah totally! Shoot me a PM if you like, I'm always open to joining more role-plays! Most of my character sheets are over on DeviantArt, but I'll probably transfer a number of them over here at some point. I just like having them in one place, haha.

Name: Raoul Botolf
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Race: Natural-born werewolf; or, a werewolf created as the offspring of two other werewolves as opposed to being turned as the result of werewolf venom.
Nationality: Loogarou
Personality: A free spirit at heart, Raoul loves to live on the wild side and make the world his playground. He is rather arrogant, however, and also extremely cocky. He often goes rushing into things head-first without considering the consequences, and frequently challenges opponents he can't beat. This, as expected, often gets him into trouble. Raoul typically takes it in his stride though; he is very optimistic and little ever gets him down.
His optimism and cockiness does lead to him being a bit of a jerk, however. He is a bit of a narcissist and views himself as being better than everyone else. Often he will become aggressive when challenged, and whiny when he loses. He also has a tendency to sulk when he doesn't get his own way.
Raoul's goals and motivations are unclear, however. He seems to have very little motive for wanting to join in the war, and will not supply any further information about the subject.
History: Little is known about Raoul's history, simply because he chooses never to talk about it. From what is known, Raoul belongs to a long line of proud werewolves who used to live in a faraway land, before moving to Eurion after a turf war left his family homeless. Raoul himself was born in Atlas, and went on to live the rest of his life within Eurion. Even from a young age Raoul was curious about what was beyond Eurion, but could never find out.
However, his parents sadly passed away when Raoul was thirteen, leaving him to fend for himself. Fortunately the werewolf found this fair easy, using his beast form to scavenge during the day and sleeping in back alleyways at night. In many aspects he is still little more than a street kid, however this upbringing has also made him rather street smart. Other details about Raoul's history are unknown at this point.
Weapons: Raoul tends not to use weapons, as he finds them too restrictive. Instead, he will opt to use either his bestial form or martial arts in order to fight. However, he does carry a small revolver around with him at all times just in case he needs it.
Equipment: Raoul carries minimal equipment at pretty much all times. He often carries a satchel which, along with his revolver, carries extra ammo for the gun, simple first aid equipment and food rations. It also often stores an extra shirt and pair of pants, since he has a tendency to tear his clothing.
Powers: Being a natural-born werewolf, Raoul has the ability to change into a feral, wolf-like "beast form" at any time he desires. Under normal circumstances Raoul exhibits full control over the beast form and can freely shift back to his human state at any time. However, on nights when a full moon is in the sky Raoul is forced to transform into his bestial state and loses control of himself. During this time he becomes wild and savage, but inevitably remembers none of it the next day. Aside from this transformation, Raoul has no powers.

In terms of clothes, Raoul always wears simple, cheap attire. He goes through clothes very easily and as a result the things he wears often have rips, holes and/or dirt stains on them. His typical attire is a pair of black track pants with a white stripe running down either side and a black singlet. He likes necklaces and often wears dog tags on a silver chain.
