Flemmings is the son of Nemsis(Greek Goddess of Justice) and Vulcan(Roman Smith of the Gods). As such he has the ability to make certain rules absolute, this includes restricting rules that would keep gods from entering the mortal realm on their own terms. He would be the only one to allow passage to and from the human realm.

Full control over technology: Can use any technology as his own weapon. He can even use this power to create robot soldiers within the blink of an eye.
Biological magic: Sven has the ability to control certain things that are not connected to magic. For example he can control a piece of bacteria and change it into something else, often a virus.
Chemical Magic: By manipulating molecules in various he can create different effects. One of these effects is him splitting an atom creating a nuclear explosion. However he will only ever use this as a last resort as he does not believe in harming the earth.

History: Sven was born within South Africa. He was born a prodigy however and has started attending college when he was just 10. By the age of 20 he had several masters degrees and his own lab. It was also around this age that he started his work on trying to find a better way to domesticate and control animals. However this eventually failed as one of his lab partners stole a prototype and ended up accidentally spreading the Parasites instead almost ending the world if it weren’t for Sven finding the cure.
A month after finding the cure Sven went into hiding, however at this point many people started to follow him on social media. He was regarded as a celebrity, at one point though he went far beyond that in admiration. People started to worship him as a god of science. Due to these conditions however a spell started to take place. When he had angered Sheogorath to the point where Sheo tried to turn him into a rabbit the spell back fired. It did the complete opposite and turned Sven into the newest god of humanity.
