Unintentional double post, whoops.
Alright, so. Alto, Jean and Anna are all accepted. That brings us to 12 characters. Solar and I are both going to have one character each. That means we'll be at our cap, which is 14 characters.
Edit: Scratch that. This brings up to 15 characters. We'll need ONE more. Then that will be our cap. Which will be ZB or Rin, I guess?

Alright guys, my Co-GM and I have been talking. We've decided that we're going to have to cap the number of characters around 14 or 16. That means that I'm going to have to change the rule involving doubles:
Due to the attention that this RP is getting, I'm going to have to knock it down to one character per person. If you have two characters currently, you're fine, but future applicants may only have one. Apologies for that, but this RP is simply getting too much attention right now and it's first come, first serve.
Genders don't need to be even, but I'd like to see more females since there's already a lot of males. That's all.

I don't see why not. We're still waiting on a few people, but as long as everyone gets a partner, we'll be fine. Though I don't want an overwhelming amount of people either.

It's 2015, but we're at the beginning of the school year, which I'm making in September. But that's fine, I guess. Either way, your characters are well written and that's what really matters.
Frederick and Wei-Xing are both accepted. Wouldn't Frederick be fifteen and Wei be sixteen, though? Given their birthday and grades, unless there's a different reason, which is fine too. And that's up to you, Kara (gonna call you that, 'kay? Awesome).

How many guys are there? I won't bother making a character if it's too burdening, since I'm only good at portraying male characters.
Make whatever you're comfortable with. We don't have to have even genders or anything.
