I think I've found the right humour level for this forum. Brutal stabbings = OK, drug references = not OK. Good to know.

Hands up if you want a way to move PM's into different folders en masse.

I have come to another conclusion: If someone survives the first lot of stabbings, stab them again because you really don't need a witness to your attempted murder.

If someone survives the first lot of stabbing, stab them again because they're clearly a witch and need to be killed.

The man sat sipping his coffee, the smell of cigarettes and drinks drifting out of the cafe next to him. A paperboy was standing on the street opposite, unusually late, and the man saw why; he was overloaded with different papers. The man watched as the boy set up, before shouting out the words that would be echoed out throughout the entire city: "ALGERIE REVOLTS! LOCAL SOLDIERS KILLED! FOREIGN LEGION REQUESTING NEW MEN!" The man stood up and walked over to the young boy, who eagerly looked up at him "3 Francs for the paper sir!" The man nodded, reaching in his pocket for the coins and handing them to the boy, before going back to his coffee. The boy continued to shout out the headline, and the man toned him out as he devoured the news.

French Algeria had revolted and formed it's own militia, with a mock-goverment opposing the French rule put in place. All local Frenchmen had been exiled or executed, and the french foreign legion was to be sent over in overwhelming number in order to crush this resistance. He looked around and finished his coffee, tossing the handful of Francs that would cover the cost, before getting up and walking. If he wanted to get French Citizenship, now would be the time he supposed.

So, hello and welcome to TOFMT(T)B, a French Foreign-Legion RP where the characters take control of th beggars, murderers, theives and occasional actual good people that make up the most disposable branch of the Empire's forces. Note that this is a slightly AU RP, insofar as the incident that sparks the RP didn't actually happen at the time I'm describing, but most of it will be historically accurate.

No knowledge about the legion is required, apart from perhaps knowing what it is and why someone would join it.

It's a small world for face claims; I just used that one in a different RP 🙂.

Anyhow, as to the character, you should be aware that most quirks materialise by the age of 8/9 apart from mutant perks which are obviously from birth. Furthermore, Koshei academy is basically a community colleague; there are much better schools elsewhere, the people who go to Koshei are too poor to pay for other schools, or have had behavioural problems. Lastly, since this is a world-wide thing, every country would have a pedigree of heroes and schools, and I see no reason why Germany would be denied this.

So, that'a the bad things, the good thing is that the perk could work quite well. Sort out the things mentioned above, post it one more time so that I can go over it again and welcome to the RP!
@skepic
You make a valid point with the counter-WMD thing. I'm still leery, but you make a good argument.

The smokescreen being turned into a non-white phosphorus blanket smokescreen is much better, perhaps a passive mist that she can ramp up when she wishes would be fine.

Grenade to be removed entirely. I reckon with a bit more finalising on the actual specifics of the main ability, this can work much better. I assume she's an emitter class?
Please note that the first and third one would literally be breaking international laws by using them, so there'a that. As a GM however, this is what I see:

She has a way of pretty mutch instantly killing anyone who isn't incredibly powerful or who has water based quirks. That's pretty OP, and it's also incredibly useful in the form of BURNING THROUGH METAL. Seriously, just that alone is powerful, but ok.

Then however, she can hide herself from detection by thermal scanner, AKA literally every common form of detection out there, and the one that the military/law enforcement use the most often too.

Lastly, she can fill up almost any container and use it as a remote detonation explosive device. Which burns insanely hot, and can once again slice through metal. Start to see the issues?

@cloudystar
Hooooly good god is that both terrifying and hella OP. Also, white phosphorus is an illegal chemical WMD, so no dude. I did say to PM me first.

@Skepic
Yeah, well, you guys are gonna have to see the professor first.
@Dannyrulx

Ah School Life

TFW you refer to term in an RP setting and everyone takes it as actual school.
I'm just curious about how people will react when they discover that Ami is cold to the touch and I mean Morgue slab cold

Well, I don't think the professor will see much wrong with that...
Well gents, I did have a bit of writing ready for term start.
Did being the operative word here. *sighs*

Ok, so, term's gonna start sometime next week.
So, here we go. Quick claim.

So, some info. The blue island is Cavers Island. It's got basically nothing of note, apart from larg amount of warehouses owned by the mob. It's the main place for storing weaponry and other illegal substances.

The red island is Mason island. It's a similarily small island, but this area is packed with houses. Some are mob owned and rented out, many are not. The road running through the two islands is called Harbour road, and it bustles with trucks and cars constantly.

The green island is called San Nicholas, named after the island that most of the original Italian-American migrants came from. It's filled with cafes, restaurants and much more, and Harbour Road runs through the island. It's the home of the main base of the De Luca family, a large mansion on the coast on the south-eastern peak, close to the large Sicilian Plaza.
