Then to that end, there is no time to be gained or lost physically for ourselves, but time is moving on without us in the outside world at a rate that is parallel or less than the rate that we are not moving forward.

That's always the question here. In a way, we're moving backwards as quickly as the seconds tick backwards. There's a reason the analogue overlays the digital watch. Thats a vauge answer to my first question, and a deflection from mu second. At what rate relative to the normal flow of time that is commonly perceived are we moving?
