Alastor nodded as he took in Andy's explanation. Waiting until he left the room, Alastor began the process of getting changed. Once that was done, he flicked the light switch, submerging the room in a murky darkness. Moving over to the bed, he sprawls out on it and closes his eyes, trying achieve this sleep the man spoke of.

And, after a while, he did.

Right before falling asleep, however, he wondered just how these humans had managed to survive so long with the need to plunge themselves into such a defenseless state.

It was quite a troubling question really-albeit one that did not keep him from the dark embrace of slumber-for a few minutes after lying down on the bed, the Umbral Lord was out cold.

*Sets aside the orb I currently hold, its task finished, and telekinetically move it towards a shelf where it's suspended outside regular space-time to protect against damage. Stretching out my other "hand" I summon another orb into my grasp and turn my attention towards the fight with Unity*

Now this should be interesting...

*I apply pressure to the orb, causing it to indent with a beep, signifying the start of the recording process*

Yiithren watched as space disappeared and then reappeared beyond the ships main viewport in a rapid fashion. Where there had once been an open void filled with sparkling stars, now there was a darkness lit up by warfare as several ships engaged each other at a distance. To one side there was the Aegis and Daedalus, to another a fleet of semi-circular craft that he recognized as Separatists from the data he'd been given, and finally a fleet of Venator-class ships opposite both. Moving the Va into position near the Aegis, Yiithren ordered a communications channel be established with the larger craft.

"Yiithren here," he said, once the communications link was opened. "What's our plan?"

Ah, okay. Well, I suppose, but it would just be a sort of info dump to be honest. Again, this character, the Chronicler as I've taken to calling it, can't actually go inside said Existence or any other, merely watch from afar.

Riiight. And? I didn't understand the above to be honest since we're dealing with a character who resides in the Outside and can't physically interact with planes of Existence, though if someone wants to explain, feel free to. Are you referring to the cube I threw into Nemid's realm?
