Swords, coats, and anime tropes.

I've been craving some light hearted blast from the past, not trying to be anything other then it is rp recently. Bonus points if it does end up Isekai.

So tentative interest from me! I'll probably play good-hearted but dim oaf or a over the top kingmaker type character, if another player is down to have a loyal but goofy companion.

@Zyx Really cool character but I'm thinking he might be just a tad bit too strong for this... mainly it's the 'practically immortal and resurrects within seconds of death' thing that has me concerned. Also being able to sustain an undead army of 500 men. I guess he just feels in a certain sense a bit too 'invulnerable' for the overall feel of the game...

@Zyx Heya, yeah I think we could fit you in if you like. Probably want to get caught up in the IC thread but basically the ship just recently set sail. Feel free to post a character if you like. I'd suggest a somewhat less "noticeable" character -- for example a highly decorated noble wouldn't work too well since they surely would have been noticed by the other characters by now.

I'm kind of interested in the subverted anime tropes concept but sadly don't know enough anime to do it effectively xP

The basic premise I want to try and do is to make a roleplay that satirizes traditional anime tropes in things like isekai and shonen. So imagine a group with a reformed, or perhaps not so reformed, edgelord, tsunderes, etc. Just all the tropes rolled into one generic fantasy world that totally isn't a carbon copy of every other, but definitely is.
