Current Remember, nobody actually enjoys roleplaying if there isn't at least five shameful fetishes uncovered by the 2nd page.

Somebody stole my mood ring. I don't know how to feel about it.

Let's be honest, it's far more satisfying and challenging to actually imagine what a character looks like than paste a hundred gifs of a celebrity and call it good.

So, a team of players who are good at playing as a team in a team-based game are individually bad players. Seems kind of silly when you put it like that, no?

My goal these days is to have an RP that can actually finish, or the very least, last a few years. I see way too many die on page one to take chances

Oh my god. I can't find Shon's character anywhere in the OOC.

Anybody have any idea what page it was on? I want to add it to the front page before it gets too buried.

Why are we doing this.
I have discovered Mummy's political opinions are very 'Murika.

Let's just keep replying with communist pictures.

WAS AWESOME-ERAlso, can I hang out here? I've caught up, and I'd like to just provide commentary?

Sure, I don't mind people chatting. Keeps things lively. Plus, feedback and comments about the game is always something I love, like a bag of chips or shooting a pop bottle with a .303.

Also, I love Pacific Rim, too. Giant monster movies are great.

It's all good, there are loads of foxes around where I live so it won't be in pain for long.

Hey guys, it's been pretty quiet around here, and I always worry about inactive OOCs, especially when a game's getting started. I was also thinking that we should figure something out about post order. I know Dance will be getting to post in the next couple of days, but what's got me thinking is if somebody has something long-term and unannounced come up. I've had people disappear for weeks at a time in my games, so it's a pretty real concern.

Should we set a time limit, or loosen the posting order a bit so others have a chance to reply before the absent player comes back before Danko moves things along? Both of my games have been running for a year or more now, so believe me when I say things don't end up nearly as tidy as you hope.
Godzilla was one of the best movies I've seen in a long ass time. :D
He's been copy and pasting stuff like this all over the place. Even in introduction threads.
That's nice. There's a time and place for that junk, not every single thread. If you want to keep hijacking people's threads, I really have no issues reporting it. If you want to RP, there's sections for it. What you're doing is spamming.
Because that was the best thing to say to someone new or otherwise. I'd just ignore that Slenderman guy, he probably has some kind of issues he needs to resolve if he's literally pretending to be a meme.

Anyways! Welcome to RPG, Fallen! It's actually a pretty awesome community here, and I'm sure you'll have no troubles fitting in and finding games that interest you. I recommend checking out the aricles and guide section for roleplaying tips and check each RP section for the rules and standards that should be stickied near the top.

There actually is a tabletop RP section, but if you were looking for something that's play by post and not stat driven, I'd recommend checking out Casual as a good place to start your roleplay search. A great way to get an idea of how games work around here is to open a thread that looks neat or successful and start reading it. Of course, if you have any other questions myself and most other people will be happy to point you the right way!

Enjoy your time here!
