Current Remember, nobody actually enjoys roleplaying if there isn't at least five shameful fetishes uncovered by the 2nd page.

Somebody stole my mood ring. I don't know how to feel about it.

Let's be honest, it's far more satisfying and challenging to actually imagine what a character looks like than paste a hundred gifs of a celebrity and call it good.

So, a team of players who are good at playing as a team in a team-based game are individually bad players. Seems kind of silly when you put it like that, no?

My goal these days is to have an RP that can actually finish, or the very least, last a few years. I see way too many die on page one to take chances

I don't know what the scissors are supposed to represent and I don't know what Axe Cop is. Clearly I'm not the best person to ask.Just do whatever makes you the happiest, I guess. :/

Axe Cop is actually awesome.

A comic book artist decided to make a story where he does the artwork and the story, characters, and everything else are made by his 5 year old nephew. The results are glorious.

Cutting ties with dead weight? Sure. People change and if you are seriously dealing with more drama than enjoying their company, then maybe it's time to move on. Doesn't have to be dramatic, just a shift in who you devote your time to.

Cutting off every single person you know? Not so much. Just remember who your real friends are, or the people who you've always gotten on just fine with and focus on them. Case in point, out of all the friends I still maintain ties with from back home, most of them are people I've known for ages (like, grade school ages).

It's not wrong or selfish. It's life. Sometimes, you discover you're trying to maintain something based entirely off of nostalgia and nothing more, and that's kind of where problems stem from.
Considering we've barely gotten 4 posts in a month (if that) and it's been like that since well before Guild fall, and most of the posts seem to be from the same people, I think it's safe to say that all avenues of revitalizing the game are pooched. This was like the third incarnation of Nova over a 2 year period, so I think it's time to move on and meet new faces.
You bet buddy, I was actually going to chat with you about it lol.

So I join this for you guys to kill it? Really?

Because you were so keen on participating, as evidenced by the large initiative to join the IC and post in the OOC.

Seriously, you make it sound like this was thriving and canned out of spite.

*sigh* Yeah. No point. It was nice talking with you guys for so long, and nice meeting everyone who joined and didn't really get to play (sorry about that; completely our fault). I hope to see you guys still around. ;)

Oh, I'm sure we'll see each other around. :P New game is keeping the same continuity, so all our work isn't going to waste. Just time for something new and an enthusiastic group.

Sad to see this RP come to a halt after all this time. Even though I've been "on leave" from this RP since forever long ago, I've never stopped dropping by the forums and kept myself updated on what's been going on around here. It was a kickass time kicking ass with everyone that I interacted with in this RP. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be available for RPing again for a very, very long time.

And RPG is poorer for it. I miss seeing you around, Soshi!
