Good thing that there's multiple sects of Christianity that entirely disagree with you. Thinking that you know someone's ultimate fate is just hubris and arrogance, plain and simple.

In short, don't be a dick. Saying most of the people on this forum are basically Hellbound because they don't accept Jesus kind of fits the bill, and if there is a God who decides all things, then He allowed Francis to become Pope. Hard to be the head of the Catholic faith by not believing in Jesus.

And no, changing the dogma of an ancient institution to reflect the times doesn't mean he doesn't believe in Jesus. I'm like 99% sure the Pope is more pious than you are.
