Usually the only people who want to talk about politics on the internet are so far to one side or the other that any attempt at intelligent conversation is futile. You'd have better luck discussing political issues with a marmot on cocaine than most internet dwellers who cheer lead their flavour of politics while they shit over anyone who doesn't prescribe to their extremely narrow world view.
