Let's be honest, it's far more satisfying and challenging to actually imagine what a character looks like than paste a hundred gifs of a celebrity and call it good.

I like it because the base weapons actually feel powerful now and you don't have to rely on finding power weapons to get an edge. The first round I hopped into and I got like 25 kills, not sure how many deaths, but it wasn't many. And the DMR is still my baby. The assault rifle seems to have finally gotten a nice buff too. That thing was almost (but not quite) useless in every other halo I've played except for the first one. But even then, why use the assault rifle when you could use the magnum.
DMR was my go to in Reach, but in 4 I am a Covenant Carbine kinda guy. But agreed; the Assault Rifle is actually usable as a main weapon now, I don't feel outclassed while I'm using it. I was never huge on the magnum in any of the games.
This reminds me, I still gotta be Halo Anniversary. I bought it for coop fun with a friend, but we didn't beat it.

Halo 4 is a beautiful game, but for me 3 will aleays be the most memorable and important. Reach was my favourite for multiplayer... the Revenant needs to come back. D:
