Let's be honest, it's far more satisfying and challenging to actually imagine what a character looks like than paste a hundred gifs of a celebrity and call it good.

I've never seen someone "change their mind" or "change their position" in OT, I've only seen them move the goal posts, concede, or just write paragraph upon paragraph changing the issue as much as possible so that they won't be seen as wrong. Also, the posters probably came back under new names. If I had to guess, you're not fond of spam because no-one "has" to engage you on the same level, and higher effort tends to be mocked. If ShonHarris put his post in spam, everyone would tell him the truth. It was way too long for people to really read. His writing isn't so engaging he can expect me to read an article every time he posts. (I'm singling out Shon but many other posters do this as well.)
This is why I largely don't get involved with "debates" on an online forum. People care less about the truth and an exchange of ideas as opposed to being "right."

Well thank you all for the warm welcome :) I may end up harassing you about Skyrim one day if I get frustrated while I play, Dervish. :P
I found this mod that had this unexpectedly overpowered item, this bow called the "Kitten's Claws" that I had no idea was in the mod. I noticed it had an insane value (something like 18000 gold!) and I used it ONCE and suddenly, my archery skill went from 20 something to 100 and I went up 14 levels.
I was very confused by laughing my ass off.
So, if you get frustrated, highly recommended if you just feel like screwing around.
