Dinh AaronMK, you've been both vocal and helpful. Would you be willing to take over as temporary GM until I get back?

This is something I should be able to juggle.

Generally there isn't. After all, the closer two nations are the easier it is to interact. Though you may want to discuss some mutual history, and just make sure there's no major glaring issues there.

Pretty much this.

You can have two nations nearby. But in my opinion it's basically a sin for there to be no consistency. In my opinion, a Japanese-like nation spawning from the same region as an Arab, Mesoamerican, or European state is very off.

Oh I know, It's just ideas that are going through my head. At this point no one is even accepted yet.And you sir, are the double post king right now.

Yes, this forum needs a good fixing.

I could have backed the URL to the forum's portal and refreshed it there. But sometimes I don't know if that goes through, and some days I'd rather be sure. Or I'm just too annoyed to do that.
In my opinion NPC nations are kosher. But we should wait for the GM to do something and we can start IC before we start building and placing NPC nations around us.

In that case all our characters would have to be black.I think we should use a own new, post-war movement.

It's a possible faction within wherever this RP would be, and historical and culturally relevant to the atmosphere Fallout has set up for itself. Doesn't mean the whole RP is by default based around the NOI. Another movement could in fact arise in reaction to the NOI's continued existence, or even being forced to share a vault, or neighboring vaults: whichever would work and not immediately spell the death of both sides from inter-Vault conflict or diffuse the situation with just having to sit around together for roughly a hundred years or more.

There's a number of Muslim or Muslim-related movements already that had relocated to the US, or are now in a larger state of operation here than where they once were. Like the Ahmadiyya (Alternate, more full link).

As a whole though, many were a part of the black Civil-Rights movement in America. So if there's is going to be Islam tossed into Fallout as the serious topic of the plot, it might by default entail some sort of racial question.

Thanks Dinh AaronMk, I appreciate the input. Especially referencing Kazakhstan,I'll shrink it down a bit but with all the nations so far apart, I'd venture to guess that nations actual influence over territory is far more vast. if that makes sense.

I'd suspect culturally at least in that case. And marriage I think is one of the more common ways for kingdoms like this in such a setting to have influence over another. After all, if you're the king of somewhere and your wife is the queen of another place, you do effectively have a personal union.
