At minimum I could leave the conditions of the Mojave to be determined by first-come into the region and not fuss with it, focusing much of my lore energies on the East Coast (which has a much narrower scope of potential options than NV).

Or I could actually go in to make an actual Interest Check for a me-ran Fallout RP and we can settle it there.

Vilage is never on, except sometimes really late at night. Aaron is on but all he talks about is Team Fortress and ponies. Evan never has time for us anymore. Googer is a busy, busy man. And I never have anything good to talk about and my attempts to start conversation fall flat. I'd say that picture looks far more exciting than our conversations.

I'm someone who likes to see commitment to regularity as well as quality. I wouldn't mind personally, and I do expect that at some point one of the extra RPs you are in may eventually die leaving you with more time, if that's the excuse. If not that, I'm not someone to panic if there hasn't been a post in several days or a week, so I won't pressure you to post immediately, so long as you clearly remember the RP exists.

I'd be interested perhaps we could either set it during fallout 2. I'd like to show the enclave how they should have been rebuilding the US. or we could each make up our own nations either way I'm in.

If I'm to do it then I was thinking post-NV. There's some evidence though that someone could use to suggest the Enclave still exists and a very large and unexplored northern half of North America that's rich head-canon fanon territory.
