No one's picked up the northern delta though, which being a major river basin would have the benefits of that as well as trade through four branches up river coming down to one in the sea. I'm surprised no one's decided to set up there.

I think the premise with it now is that they elected a hard-liner democrat who was pretty much in the socialist side of his party, or something. Particularly after the perceived faults of the conservative party before him. And I guess needing allies they joined the Third International.

Shit was controversial and other things happened and now their membership was revoked.
