I believe going in as one large team might be best. True, she may have more time to prepare for our eventual assault on the other locations, but with all our abilities combined I think we will be able to succeed.

I am inclined to agree. Losing the element of surprise subjects us to the potential for myriad traps that we cannot possibly anticipate, but with four access points to attack and twelve people, we will lose the element at some point. X, do you have any objections? Martyn?

The details help a lot, because the previous information had it sounding somewhat different from what it was.
Of that's the case then, All I suggest is that we go in and try to knock out or immobilize as many guards as we can on our way in, defend ourselves as we mess with the system, and then get out.
Three teams of four would probably work, and I'm fine with whatever alternative entry methods X has thought up.

This is only sensible, though if X's method is viable and Zazriel can do as he says, we could hit one at a time with that strategy and with little conflict. Negative of one large team: Teth's guards can prepare for us at other locations. Negative of multiple teams: not all the teams may be able to accomplish the shielding that Zazriel can, so a fight would be inevitable.
<Snipped quote by Disdain>

How balanced do you intend each team to be?

Not overly. I trust our ability to work together. Still, some sense ought to be used when we build these teams.
Of course we could cause a distraction with a large group while sending in a three man team through one of the, hopefully, undefended entrances.

I would have your opinion on Zazriel's suggestion, X. Should we have three fight teams attacking three points? Two larger teams? One large and one small? There are advantages to each.
<Snipped quote by Disdain>

A lot if they're well hidden somewhere outside the city. Of course I realise that would be meaningless if Teth has access to some kind of long range nullifier. Especially one that's permenant. If she doesn't and it's a temporary, local, nullifier then we'd need an escape team to leave.

I see. Let us have a small escape team guard a portal that we will leave open, then. Perhaps Shinji and Alucard, since Shinji has already volunteered, and I imagine he and his father must need some time together.
<Snipped quote by Disdain>

I have cloaking magic, but I'm not sure how well it'll fair against those outside my home universe.

<Snipped quote by Heroic>

That's fine. I have recovery chips.

Then, X, can you serve in this capacity?
<Snipped quote by Disdain>

Fair enough. But again, what if our foes find a way to nullify our teleportation abilities? Or any of our abilities for that matter? Teth may be mad and obsessed, but she doesn't seem like the kind of person to overlook possible weaknesses. As for the other matter, if there are only twelve of us, then we wouldn't be able to infiltrate the server from more than two access points.

Then what can an escape team do for us?
<Snipped quote by Disdain>

I would be more than glad to participate in any capacity.

<Snipped quote by Disdain>

That is where I’m best, yes. Although I will say, my support tends to not work so well with non-biologics.

<Snipped quote by Disdain>

I've finally figured out how to include others when it comes to distributing energy from my nul zones, so I'd count as support with a bit of offence mixed in.

Then we can distribute the three of you across these teams—Painting Dye, Martyn, and Nix. Nix, if you can shroud others, then you, Zazriel, and I will also be distributed.
<Snipped quote by Disdain>

That seems more effective, but wouldn't that limit us to only two entrances and leave us with no way out should things go badly?

I do not see what you mean.

<Snipped quote by Disdain>

I believe Seth already mentioned that it wasn't possible for a variety of reasons. You'd have to reconfirm that with him though.

Seth said that, outside of the city, we could teleport.
<Snipped quote by Disdain>

I would be more than glad to participate in any capacity.

The versatility of our members is praiseworthy.

*nods*
Nix is right.
*looks over at Drake*
What can you do lizard?
*he smirks*

What would be the goal of an escape team, if we can all teleport once outside the city? I am curious.
