Anyway I'm writing a response by myself.
But here's a synopsis.
Hazan is going to tackle him, beat mister technician senseless with his fists, stuff a grenade down his throat and run away before it blows up.
Then after that he's going to radio all channels and tell everyone to lay low. He's going to turn his being found out into a distraction for everyone else to maybe still accomplish something.
After my post, everyone else feel free to react. The grenade going boom should draw enough attention to the vehicle yard that everyone else save possibly the assault team in the warehouse can still be in stealth.

I also thought all he did was enter a fence, subdue two guards, then held his position near the hole in the fence while the assault team went their way.
I did write his dialogue as suggesting he didn't follow them.

One hundred percent curious now, Elise leaned on the counter. This mystery was intriguing her, if also scaring her a little. Mysterious notes from nowhere... What if this Gonzo person was still around?
The thought sent shivers down her spine. A troubling thought, to be sure.
