-Blind Guides; Dicyanine contact lenses founded on Kilner’s research. Rigid gas-permeable contacts built from fluorosilicone acrylate. A sealed internal laminate, 16 μm thick, is a PMMA host film wherein multiple components are molecularly infused; a stabilized carbocyanine dye, a perylene diimide (PDI) red-pass dye, and a poled electro-optic chromophore, specifically Disperse Red 1. During fabrication, the EO polymer is electrically poled at its glass transition temperature, fixing chromophores in a non-centrosymmetric alignment. The laminate is set into the lens with an index-matched silicone-acrylate adhesive and sealed by a thin Parylene C coating.
The cyanine/PDI dyes bias transmission toward longer wavelengths, and the DR1 layer is a passive electro-optic modulator. Weak, low-frequency bioelectric fields generated by organisms induce changes in the refractive index of the EO film. Against dark or low-contrast backgrounds, the wearer is able to perceive these fields as ‘aural’ hazes, hueing their pupils a dull ruby-red.
-Custom duty belt-suspenders featuring PEEK polymer adjusters fuse the structure of HSGI’s high-speed rig with the practical flexibility of the Army Navy Gear design, helping to distribute weight evenly across his frame. Built from Dyneema-reinforced webbing with integrated shock-relief zones, they remain load-stable against violent motion. Slimline padding supports all-day wear. The duty belt and belt keepers are constructed from Dyneema as well.
-His single-breasted light overcoat has a silicone chain weighted hem, unreflective buttons, and holes in the side pockets. Alongside his hat it's hydrophobic and spectral-adaptive, constructed with interlaced metamaterial filaments and tuned EM refractive lattices to resist both blood and detection. An envelope pocket in the back collar reveals a full-face matte black nylon-spandex hood, eye and ear regions covered by polyester power mesh. It may be pulled over Donny's face and moored by a grip lining in the front collar.
The inside and crown of the fedora is lined with Spectra composite armor plating, and Faraday mesh in the sweatband blocks RFID, biometric pulse sensors, short-range neural scans, and AI facial recognition.
The rest of Donny's clothes are polyamid microfiber, and his collar conceals two 36 gram, CPM-30V micro-daggers similar to those used by the OSS in WWII, sewn into each lapel. The inside waistband of his slacks has a rubberized strip serving as a shirt gripper.
-Spectra composite protective equipment with hafnium-enriched, high-entropy nitride ceramic SiC-matrix strike face and UHMWPE shear layer below his clothes, 3D scanned to fit. Includes inconspicuous but supportive elbow and knee guards with integrated D30 viscoelastic core joint support braces, and cup.
-50 g, low-profile wrist stabilizers worn beneath Donny’s sleeves, across his shoulders and over both arms, fused to his elbow guards. Constructed from UHMWPE, cross-woven carbon fiber, and a D3O viscoelastic impact core, they flex below normal motion but stiffen instantly under sharp recoil or punch force. Spacer mesh keeps the harness comfy. It absorbs and redirects a portion of gunfire torque without restricting articulation, granting faster follow-up shots and stiffer hand strikes.
-Unfiltered Lucky Strike soft pack cigarettes in his rear left pants pocket. Two of the smokes bear filters with a central cavity containing a 33mg core of HMTD phlegmatized with 5% silicone oil, encased in a paraffin microcrystalline wax shell. A 0.05mm silver wire is embedded through the center of the explosive pill, extending three millimeters into the tobacco.

-Zippo lighter buttoned in his left shirt pocket.
-A roll of quarters harnessed in his left pants pocket.
-Laser protective sunglasses buttoned in his right shirt pocket. Multi-spectral polarization layers protect against UV, IR lasers up to 500 W/cm². Includes photochromic activation to darken rapidly in response to sudden flashes of light.
-Duplicate Municipal Task Force Investigator badge and worn I.D in a thin, scuffed leather bifold tucked into his rear right pants pocket. The credentials belong to an active-duty regional crime task force officer from another state, matching badge number, name, and agency registration. Also therein is some cash and vellum notepaper, glazed in a dry, micronized crystal violet lactone and zinc-modified phenolic resin coating.
-Miniaturized full-face respirator and integrated APR filter, in a TPE holster on the back of his belt. Crafted from a flexible Twaron-woven aramid composite and layered with carbon nano-weave mesh, folds flat when not in use. The lenses are ballistic-rated, fog-resistant impact polycarbonate.
Baffle-channel spiral filters reduce the sound of breathing to a faint whisper.

-A four ounce titanium hip flask of ultra-purified lamp oil on the right side of his belt.
-A white handkerchief and half-ounce Teflon overdose dispenser disguised as a nose spray bottle, containing a binary neurochemical agent composed of Carfentanil and Remifentanil. 10,000 times more potent than morphine. Secured in the left coat pocket via fixed retention strap.
-Top grade digital recorder preset with dozens of realistic tracks, held by a small strap on the inside of his left coat flap. Includes pained sounds, occasional coughing and snorting, footsteps, casual and serious phone conversations, a muffled voice, muffled whimpering, whistling, animal noises, etc.
-In Donny's composite belt buckle is a spearpoint zero-bevel, zirconia ceramic throwing knife bearing a 20 nanometer edge and black matte DLC edge-exclusion coating. The sheath’s clamshell form preserves sharpness by gripping the blade along its flat.
-Held in place by a black zirconium clip, his tie houses a paracord and concealed microwindlass ratchet system in the knot. This mechanism remains inert until a hidden safety catch pull tab behind the back ribbon is disengaged. Allows for tightening of the paracord, transforming the tie into a tourniquet or sling weapon.
-A combat 7,000 lumen solid-state battery flashlight with strobe function, carried on the rear right side of his belt by elastic strap. Mountable to his bullpup rifle.
-Black matte-finished synthetic leather gloves. Constructed with a para-aramid and graphene mesh layer for cut resistance and electrical insulation, fingertips and distal knuckles are touchscreen compatible. The knuckles are reinforced by tungsten microbeads in viscoelastic padding, increasing punching power. Interior is lined with anti-sweat compression knit. Enables Donny to safely manipulate his garrote wire.
-Discreet Level III+ Spectra composite laminate armor panels with high-entropy nitride strike face, integrated into a lightweight aramid weave carrier under his shirt. Backing layers employ shear thickening fluid infused UHMWPE. Utilizes swimmer’s cut breastplate geometry, covering the torso front, back, and sides. A recess is machined in the lower back to make room for explosive liner.
-Burglar kit in a black nylon roll, holding Titanium-Nitride-coated Lishi decoders such as SC1, SC4, KW1, KW5, Y1, and a universal automotive pick. There's additionally a G5 titanium multipick dimple hybrid set of rakes, flags, and half-balls, 3 hand-ground Beryllium-Copper hooks for shallow, medium, and deep locks, plus nine G5 top-of-keyway wrenches ranging from 0.030" to 0.050".
