I follow those who live. It is interesting to me to see how you living folk...well, live. What you all do with you lives.

What can I say, it is how I learned how life was after awakening and crashing on that planet.
*looked back to the conversations of those below*
Rather deep conversation you are having, but you have not answered my first question, would he know where we are?
<Snipped quote by Drake Baku>

Fortunately, here there's no actual GM, so the direction it takes is based on all of us respecting each others' ideas.

Exactly its similar that we all add to the story just as with that one ^^

That sounds like Fandom and Discord RPs to me.

And yet it was on this site, but as i said that was years ago, can't remember how long
I ended up eventually stopping to visit this site, went to discord myself and in time took a long rp break
But i for some reason felt like looking back here and now here we are haha
<Snipped quote by Drake Baku>

What? No, you are not in the afterlife. I am just a personification that chooses to see what the living is like. A spectator with some sweet spectacles
*the pattern of my glasses change*
I do not know where we are, to be Frank.

*Confusion crossed my face.*
Then does that one know? *I pointed to the other man as an other thought crossed my mind*
You wish to see what living is like, but why? Is it not the same as on the Junkyard, death follows those who fail
<Snipped quote by Drake Baku>

Well, you can’t hide from Death....and I am Death.

I see, then this place is the afterlife
*coming to that conclusion i dropped my weapon, surprised i would carry over a copy like this*
I have heard from some races about an afterlife, never believed it myself, we life we are killed and so is life was my understanding
<Snipped quote by Drake Baku>

*standing there with my mouth open, speaking without moving my jaw*
Can you talk, amigo?

*I sighed, softly as i whispered*
I believe to have taken up your language enough but I had not wanted to reveal myself yet.
<Snipped quote by Drake Baku>

*pokes my fingers into my eye sockets and points back at you, and gives a thumbs up*

*Again I looked at the one standing below and the one in front of me, without dropping my guard.
I pointed to the one below and the one in front of me, opening my free hand with a questioned look on my face*
<Snipped quote by Drake Baku>

*is next to you, only you can see And hear me, as I look down at myself with Adrian*
Bro, the view is amazing up here. Why haven’t you told me about this earlier?

*At the sudden voice behind me, I automatically spin around while letting the scythe grow to full size, the tip pointing to the figures head without touching him.
Confused i looked back to the other man talking to... The same one who was standing in front of me against a wall like myself, was standing there still next to the other one and even stranger, he could see me??

I pointed to my eyes, to him and then me confirming with sign language if he really could see me*
It was a rather bad time for rping i guess

It was way to common that people end up joining an rp, see an interesting one and just vanish without saying a word causing a lot of rps to die
Annoying as that was it was also normal that
The gm posts a bit of plot, they just respond to the given info and add nothing, it was basically reacting in character to the gm's story

So when i came with my attempt to use one of the styles i started with, which had a focus on all parties adding to the story and being active
They started calling me lazy and more (but if you ask me, being unable to add to the story and jusy follow everything on a whim like that is lazy haha)

Its a pretry huge step down from how i started
The gm thinks of a arc inside a bigger world, set the start up, plays a minor role and tries to guide the story into the right direction
While at the same time each and every other player had their own agenda, plot wish and ended up adding way more chaos (sudden monster attack or the way we were supposed to enter as given by the gm, well one player came with the idea that a fuel tank got hit and the entire tunnel was exploding, having to run back and find a new way in)
It was always a challenge to get your own plot back in while working on the main story focus
But it was fun, everyone together made such a great story
Having everyone working together on one big story to be called lazy and bad GM...
You know its a nice surprise finding an rp like this on this forum and not noticing any, to put it nicely, "unfriendly" remarks

I remember few years ago how i planned something similar taking the rp style from the one i started with more then 16 years ago.
Got no interests and only insults

So yeah a different style, a more old school like system like this having started up and active for a long time really is a nice surprise ^^
And having no monologue is as far as i know unique for a forum system so it is very interesting and adds a bit of realistic challenge as well
Nice^^

(Edit: i am on my phone so please excuse any typos i may have missed as that i have no spelling check's either on this thing)

How it works is that there isn't thinking—none of us knows what each character really thinks about the situation. The action symbols indicate that an observable action is taking place, like *Jumps into the air*. Anything that isn't in action symbols is assumed to be spoken aloud, unless modified by them somehow, like *Mumbles*.

No monologue/ thinking
That will be taking some getting used too haha
Ok i shall edit it again and keep this in mind
