Yes that does make sense. As you can see, I changed them both to be tier 4 abilities.

Also, the bolts of lightning are not random, and they can fry a human being. However, they are not accurate, which makes what they hit pretty much random.

Eira is usaully wearing a pitch black, close-fitting hoodie, blue jeans, and combat boots. Black, fingerless gloves adorn her hands as well.
Power:
Eira's power is control over a special type of flame. Her flames are pitch black, darker than night. They soak up, no devour, light and are colder than liquid nitrogen.
Background:
This is Eira's first day at the Haven, and she is a bit of a punk. Having grown up on the streets of New York, Eira was disowned by her parents after an 'accident' that she refuses to talk about. Actually, Eira refuses to talk about her past at all. She is cold to people she doesn't know, preferring to burn them rather than to make friends. Her biggest weakness is her lack of control, usually letting her volatile ability consume her when she loses her temper.

A matrix is a circuit, just different wording

My explanation for making her lightning blood tier 3 is that she can't use it in pinpoint attacks by itself. As such, it is not as versatile as what I would percieve a tier 4 ability to be.

As for the metal based magic: she can only control 1 lb at any time. Thus, it can only be used in pinpoint attacks and has no potential for a large scale manuever of any kind. Example:

A bullet flying at her, if she notices it, then she can stop it. If she doesn't see it, she will get hit by said bullet.

A ship flying at her, she cannot stop that. It's just too big.

Does this work, or do you need me to explain it in more depth in the CS? I believe it to be just a difference in interpretation of the tiers. If you would still like me to change my CS, then I can.

Ok I was just thinking that as a magical mechanic that he would use something like the golems as his weapons, or smaller animal-like golems shaped like wolves or something. Just an idea.
