Any further arguments should probably go into PM. And/or wait for GM. My 2 cents on the matter is that this is once again this is One Piece almost anything is lore friendly. The only other thing i would like to point out is rule 6, doesn't seem to be a lot of that going on here.

Leon suddenly increased his speed dashing foward and yelling causing the horse to rear up. As Leon ran along side it he stuck his arm out slamming it into Charles and knocking him off the horse. As Charles crashing to the ground he landed soildly on the knife that Leon had planted on the ground causing the sharp implent to burst through his chest and the man's blade clatter uselessly to the groudn with a dull clanging sound. Just to make sure Leon slit the man's throat afterwards wiping his blades off on the doctor's clothes. He also grabbed the bulging money pouch that was at the mans belt and raced off into the darkness once again. Leon would have to deal with the culprits about to causing chaos, no one did anything illegal in this town without him knowing about it, and he wasn't going to let them get uppity. The night soon became red with the blood of foolish thugs.

Leon almost laughed. "You really are stupid aren't you. This isn't a court, you can't get help from the law. You're trying to get pity from me? After you torch a building and give gold to kill assasins, and heres the real kicker, you're paying poeple to kill children. And you want pity from me?" he asked anger rising in his voice. "Pathitic." he said coldly and slowly started walking towards the wretched man.

"You're not very believeable you know, not many poeple laugh when they talk about dead children. Besides that you may be some kind of-" Leon casually hurled a knife underhand from under his cloak with only the movment of his wrist as warning and contiuned talking. "Doctor, but not one that helps poeple." he finished curious to see this "doctor's" reaction.
