Dorisma was surprised that the ranger had stayed still long enough for the ceiling spike to hit him. She thought it would've worked better if they just hit him but dead was dead. She nodded in response to Deravan's comment and stepped forward examining the fighter. It looked like she could use his armor to either supplement or replace what she had right now. She so ripped the armour of off him, carefully, and began equipping it on herself. After she was finished she began moving back towards the group and called out, "Going." Doubtless the princess would show up about now and start berating them and being otherwise annoying.

Alex sighed Imgor quickly left to go shopping leaving him alone with his thoughts. How had it degraded so quickly? He should've done something to fix it. Larion caught onto his mood and his ears turned down and the lizard licked his hand hopefully. Alexander sighed, he should try to find her to work things out. Imgor had said she was on a building which was incredibly vague but it was likely she had come to stop on one of the taller ones and Coalstrike had relatively few towers.

He got to his feet and made his way out and began searching for Sapphire, hoping he could work something out with her. Of course he didn't even know what the argument was about much less how to resolve. Oh well, he couldn't wait around hoping she came back. Maybe he should try signalling her? Alex knew she was hard to find normally, if she was hiding this would be impossible. Deciding against it Alexander simply wandered hoping coincidence would let him find her, Larion followed obediently behind him.

Neven quickly decided that the only thing of interest was the chocolate fountain and quickly headed over to it. As he expected most costumes were quite elaborate, and he had no idea who was wearing them. Not that he cared... that much. He slowly began dipping various food into the fountain and consuming them with relish. At least they had gotten something right here. Neven might try talking with someone after all the guests had arrived, oh and they had to participate in that dance nonsense didn't they? Hm...

Bristlebane grinned and nodded: beating up a dark guild sounded kind of fun. He hadn't gotten to beat up anything in a while, well besides that one piñata. "Alright, guess we're all ready to g-" he paused in his speech. He couldn't remember where his blanket was, he never went to sleep without his blanket. A brief check of the pockets in which he commonly kept it revealed nothing. "Be right back squad, I gotta go get something.... very important. Yes." Bristlebane said cryptically and quickly set off at a dead sprint for the guild hall, the only logical location for it, with his cloak flourishing out behind him majestically. Unless someone had managed to steal it his blanket, then it wouldn't be in the guild hall. Nah. He made it into the Guild Hall and promptly began searching everywhere he could think of for it, and some places he couldn't.

His coach got an irked expression, "MOSTLY done young man." He said putting extra emphasis on the word young. Perhaps calling him old wasn't such a good idea. "From what I can see you still got a mile to go. That's four laps in case your brain is still addled so I'd suggest getting a move on! And don't bother complaining about it or me changing the rules I said so from the start." Almost on cue what looked like turbo engines on the back of the drill turned on belching out flame and increasing in speed. It didn't look like Arcadius could keep in front of it with physical prowess alone anymore.

The golem looked puzzled as she managed to land on the ground unharmed. Seemingly slightly annoyed at this point it ripped a tree from the ground and lumbered towards her, swinging its makeshift cudgel in a horizontal sweep. The air whistled and leaves flew everywhere, the tree slowly rotting even as the golem held it from the constant drain of energy.

"Perfect!" his protector's voice called out excitedly as he glided to the finish line. Streamers, confetti, and even balloons popped out of the walls. "I'm happy to inform you that you preformed very well throughout the testing and I can't wait to have you in my class. I think when we review your exam we will find you scored very well. Good bye for now!" The voice called out and suddenly he would feel the faint presence leave, seconds later, blackout. EXAM COMPLETE

His attempt was short lived as the mouth slammed shut and he crashed into it fruitlessly. The room closed in, slowly crunching him into a square. As the pressure grew immense and his bones began creaking a bubble emerged from his gauntlet pushing the walls back. A voice spoke calmly from the gauntlet, "Your emergency safety precautions have activated, that means your exam is now over." And in seconds he was unconscious. EXAM COMPLETE
