Background
A boy who grew up with everything a kid could ask for from his rich parents. Maybe not quite spoiled, but certainly used to luxury. He went through life with ease, naturally athletic, smart, social. Then during his collage days at Harvard he went out to a party that got a little to out of control. Long story short they had a car crash while attempting to escape the police. Given another chance at life he was determined to be smarter about it and live for much longer. He chose half-dragon and the first fighter class he could find, it wasn't quite what he expected.

Half Dragon. Sounds cooler than it was. While he does have wings and a tail, his tail is about a foot long and is more annoying than helpful much like this wings, which stretch from his shoulder-blades to his elbows when unfolded. Can't breath fire. Is about as strong as a human. Much disappoint.

Fleet of Feet:
Orion can focus on his feet and travel at speeds faster than any human. As long as he's running away from something. Also its kind of hard to see like this so travelling through forests or rocky terrain might involve face planting, though he will not suffer as much damage as he normally would.

Solar Flare:
Orion is so convincing that he could make people believe he is going to use a solar flare, to the point of making them avert and closer their eyes as though it was real. Note: Is not actually solar flare and may have no effect whatsoever depending on targets.

Gifted Coward:
Orion is skilled enough that he has developed a sort of 12th sense. He can read body language so well that he can practically see someone's movements nearly half a second before they do it.

Alright thanks for the quick review.

-I'm afraid it looks like I did a poor job of explaining this. He doesn't wall people off all the time, that would be silly. Rather think of how when some people get annoyed with someone or angry with them, they react negatively. Rather than being aggressive/violent or complaining, he would simply keep a cool air of politeness towards them in order to make them leave him alone. Like when you try to talk to someone and they only ever give mono-syllable answers and don't try to further the conversation.

-Explaining things again. When its ability to bend activates it basically becomes a piece of play-dough. You can bend it with little apparent effort. Unlike play-dough you can't stretch it or really break it anymore than you could when its normal. When its not active then it functions like a normal metal stick you whack people with. Is that more clear?

-Subject to change but I'll put out my reasoning. I thought of it as a sort of noise that is kind of not that noticeable at first but the longer it goes on the more pervasive it becomes, until it becomes the only thing you can hear. Much like the itch that doesn't seem like much but you idly scratch it and it becomes worse and worse until its the only thing you can think about. If not then I'll make the revision to your suggestion.

Moros Vorsickle

Alignment: Neutral good

Appearance

Personality: To say Moros is a well-mannered quiet individual would be a bit of an understatement. He is exceedingly polite at all times and he also has a tendency to not speak unless spoken to. These two things combined make it difficult for him to make friends, despite his eagerness to do so. Even if he did make a friend he would find himself having a hard time keeping them around.

However he had a tendency to act in ways one might find surprisingly, like his innate distaste for authority. Moros can also be surprisingly cold at times. His politeness can be used to wall off others and make him an intimidating person to even attempt conversing with.

History: Moros was raised as a single child, expected to follow in his dead father's footsteps as a song knight of incredibly prestige. Despite his father being gone his childhood did not lack in strictness, he was very much raised with the saying that children are meant to be see not heard and speak when spoken to. Unfortunately his mediocre skill led to harsh reprimands.

Moros silently accepted this as was his custom and simply worked harder. Of course he never bothered trying to bring up the excuse that he was deaf since birth so none of this was exactly easy. Despite his hard work he only ever become second best, partly due to his disobedience and lack of internal drive that served his fellow students so well. Still, his mother used her connections to ensure he was chosen to go to the Grand Tournament despite his age and lack of exceptionalism.

Instrument: A large harp, about five feet tall. Usually it is carried in a large case on his back.

Weapon: A metal pole as tall as Moros that he uses for the most part as a walking stick. Despite its normal appearance it feature an odd ability to bend like a piece of rubber at his will. A tool that his father received as a gift and was passed onto him.

Overwhelming Base: Despite his deafness Moros is still a more than proficient singer and his voice is surprisingly deep. When he sings his voice drowns out others in the area, diminishing their effectiveness. In addition as he sings a pervading aura of lethargy enters those in hearing. Both of these effects increase in effectiveness the longer they are applied. His harp produces the opposite effects and when used in conjunction negate each other.

Appearance: Same silvery appearance as the Silver Surfer when she's not actively changing her color.

Personality: Lefay is a playful, fickle creature, eager to play games and get a rise out of anyone and everyone. She can also be petty at times and you certainly don't want to get on her bad side, which can easily be done by being mean to Moros, who is the only person she'll even consider listening to most of the time. On the other hand she's easily appeased by being offered tributes and its pretty hard for her to hold a grudge for more than a prank or two.

Powers

Quicksilver Form: Lefay can change her form into practically anything if she has enough mass to do it, right down to the color if she desires it. She can control any of her material within five feet and pull it back to her core, a small red orb about the size of a baseball. This allows her to slip out of anything that her core can fit through and be a formidable melee combatant, along with providing an incredible amount of utility. Luckily for anyone she's fighting she can't form herself into sharp or pointy shapes so blunt trauma will likely be the worst of it.

Assimilation: Lefay can absorb earth, metals, and anything of that sort to increase her own mass. The more mass Lefay has the stronger and faster she can be. Normally she holds enough mass to accurately replicate Moros.
