Sofia Stien: Icehouse Hideout

Sofia paid attention to the Broker's explanation, despite the fact that it was rather long winded, as soon as he started she got the vibe that speaking like this was something he was rather used to. She wasn't entirely sure that looking out for each other's best interest was a wise idea either, these people seemed as varied as any group of parahumans she'd ever heard of. Her normally docile face started a little at the mention of the money they would be receiving. That was... A lot. Plus it seemed to be indicated that this was the poor end of their salary. Sofia had no idea what she'd spend that much money on, but the ability to have it could be nice. Everybody began talking in succession after the explanation was finished and Sofia waited patiently. The headhunter guy seemed to not approve of the not killing rule, which was to be expected. The pretty boy, lovely, explained his preferred title. He seemed like one of those... what was the name? Fun boys? Play boys? Ah she didn't remember. Then the guy that liked talking, proved just that. He brought up the rehearsal feel that Sofia had gotten as well as more or less stating that they were probably all pawns. Sofia had taken that for granted but whatever. She took another sip of- oh. Her coffee was gone. Oops. Sofia eyed the extra cup of coffee. Eh. Seeing as the chatter had stopped for a moment Sofia spoke up, "You may call me Sofia." She didn't particularly care if these people knew her name. It wasn't like it told them anything she cared about keeping secret.
Quickly analyzing the situation Eldarin decided it would be most logical to go for the one to the right, reducing the attacks to coming from a single side. With this in mind he fired off a shot as soon as the imp landed. Their focus on Bronwick would be their undoing as Eldarin as for every attack they lauched at Bronwick, Eldarin would send one at them.
Granted but it causes mind-numbing pain that KO's them after more than one word.

I wish I never got hungry.
I made a thing.

Well PMing allows her/him(?) to critique it in private as well as possibly keep things like abilities hidden to prevent meta-gaming. Basically it just gives them more options. ^.^
Granted but they never talk to you because they never have nice things to say.

I wish I had a tame wolf
Just slapped some headers on and called it good. Tell me if you want it changed ^.^
Martin Price

All of these bright new trainers in front of them. They all were willing to pick a fight, and that was fine. Some of them were sour, or otherwise not interested. Most of them were enthusiastic and were overjoyed to fight. Martin had his eyes on the brightest of them all. With hushed whispers from Jacques and Kalmia, Simon was apparently a bit of a big deal. Martin pointed at his next target, who was Simon. The only way to respond to someone with this much energy was with equal amount of energy.

"So you want to be a master? Let's not get ahead of ourselves, when you will get to have your first loss so soon to me. I like your spirit and I'm stepping forward as your opponent. Although, why not make this first fight a bit more exciting? Hey Dawkin, how about joining in? The more the merrier, let's make this a large fight of trainers."

Martin gave a grin. He was jumping with the idea of this happening. He removed his hat and pulled out his pokeball. He tossed it in the air and caught it easily. This could be a failure like earlier, but no way to break the ice like a group fight.

Dawkin Trustram

Dawkin had been considering whom he would challenge, nobody in particular stood out to him. He’d just been about to challenge the closest person when Martin offered for him to join in. Dawkin paused to consider it. He had no real intrerest in battling together, as even in the future battles wouldn’t be joint so this wouldn’t give him that not in terms of experience. Still, he’d already made a commitment, though small, to helping the younger boy earlier so it would feel like he was betraying that now. Shrugging Dawkin said, ”Very well then, we shall battle together. I have no preference to my opponent.” With that, much like Martin, he tossed his pokeball a few inches into the air and it landed back in his palm as he stepped forward confidently. This should be interesting.

Standing not too far away, Abigail’s attention had been grabbed by the two boys’ talk of a group battle. As soon as the two guys seemed to have agreed, she piped up with a huge grin. ”Hey, I wanna do a group battle too!” she smiled, and then proceeded as though the other two had already agreed to it without giving them a second to speak. She looked at Simon in confusion. He couldn’t battle all of them by himself, that wasn’t fair.

Looking around for a few seconds, her gaze landed on Ellyn and Maple, right next to each other. Giving them both a challenging look, she pointed straight at them. ”You guys’ll do! Come on, join in, we can make it a -” she paused for a second, appearing to think. ”Uh, triple battle, I guess? If you’re like, okay with that, I don’t want to make you do anything you don’t want to or something.”
