I do have one comment, now that I think about it. People in Star Wars don't use the same expletives and slang that we do. A list of known slang can be found here: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_phrases_and_slang
Thinking about it, I should probably mention that Ssi-ruu aren't really well-known in the galaxy. It isn't impossible for one to know about them, they are just kind of a fringe species that aren't really in the galactic community.
Alright, I think I set the scene. We'll be starting on this ship, after each of us has received a job offer from an unnamed employer. You can start on the ship introducing your character, meeting other characters, brooding alone in a corner, or whatever else you like. I'm assuming Sep will be the one to bring us to the meeting itself, where all the details will be explained.
Sirka’ith was aboard a large ship, an old dreadnaught sitting at some point in deep space. But, more specifically, she was at the same place she always tried to find when she had some downtime: the bar. She had been on the ship for about ten hours, though most of that time she had spent sleeping. According to the holonet search she had performed shortly after arrival, it was an old Providence-class dreadnaught that had been converted into what she assumed to be a sort of mobile base of operations for the person or group that had acquired it. Certainly, its interior felt more like a space station than anything, with all the people that seemed to be living in the place. It had living quarters, food vendors, entertainment, and alcohol: everything one would need for an extended stay. The room she had been given wasn’t especially fancy or anything, but it did impress her in that the bed and furniture were actually appropriately sized for a Ssi-ruu, unlike the booth she was currently halfway spilling out of.

The reason Sirka had come all the way out to this ship in the middle of nowhere was one of the roughly three things that could properly motivate her to do something stupid; in this case, credits. About a week ago, she had been approached at her apartment on Nar Shaddaa, in person, by a representative of the potential employer who owned this ship. Normally, taking a job from a stranger representing some unnamed employer, which required her to make a trip halfway across the galaxy, was not something Sirka would do, but in this case, the money was way, way too good to ignore. That, and they had paid all of her traveling expenses up front.

The meeting in which the details of this job would be explained was set to start in a few hours, so naturally, Sirka was treating herself to the strongest drink this little cantina had available. It was not too much for someone of her size and mass, but it was enough. It wasn’t as if she had much else to do, given that strangers tended to give a massive reptilian like her a wide berth. Even though she had left her heavy weaponry in her room, and she had done nothing so far but drink quietly, she could smell the slight hint of fear from the group of Humans in a nearby booth. Of course, she was long past caring about the thoughts of random strangers; at the moment, all that mattered to her was her drink. As time passed a crowd consisting of many different species was starting to form in the cantina, but the booths directly in front of and behind her were still vacant.
I am currently in the process of writing the first post.
"If Harriet is indeed the one who placed it there, then I fear the worst. It bears Vile's visage, which combined with the properties of the poison, suggests that she is consorting with our enemy." Meesei commented as she slipped the vial into her satchel. She was glad that Grolak had managed to make this find, as not only did it provide more evidence for the trial, but it gave a firm link to Clavicus Vile. However, before she used it in the trial, she wanted to confirm that it was Harriet who placed it there. If she had, then she certainly would not admit to it directly, but there still could be a way to learn that information indirectly. If she searched the room while Harriet was present and happened upon the hiding place Gorlak mentioned, then her reaction could provide additional evidence. She just had to make sure there were a sufficient number of witnesses present, so at some point during the day, Meesei intended to recruit at least one member of each of the lieutenants' packs to help guard her. She even intended to select one from Harriet's packs, though it would be a lower ranking member selected by Meesei herself.

"I will need to confirm my suspicions, but this is an important find. Thank you, Gorlak. Currently, I do not believe I will need your testimony in the trial itself, though that is a possibility. In either case, you are certainly deserving of recognition for your contributions to the welfare of the clan. After this is all over, I could honor you, and the others who have helped me, publicly for your assistance, if you so choose. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, I will also respect that choice. I understand if you do not wish to have that sort of attention cast upon you." Meesei offered.
Sep is the one to accept or deny CSs, but I'll give my thoughts on yours, @SgtEasy. I might be just arguing semantics, but it really wouldn't be possible to create a blaster "proof" coat. Blaster resistance, though, is certainly possible. Armorweave is a material that can be woven into a cloth which is blaster resistant. It wouldn't be as effective as heavier armor like durasteel, but it would definitely provide resistance.

Slugthrowers aren't common, but they are certainly used in the Star Wars universe. They aren't as powerful or as easy to use as blasters, as blaster bolts do not drop with gravity, but they do have advantages in some situations. Visibility comes to mind, as it wouldn't be as easy to track the origin of a shot. As well, they can be made more quiet than a blaster. During the time of the Galactic Republic, some mercenaries would use slugthrowers with high rates of fire, which could not be completely blocked with a lightsaber. Disadvantages include, of course, they fact that they don't deal as much damage. Also, since blasters are the norm, ammunition for ballistic weapons is more expensive. I have no issue with the ballistic firearms, I just thought those were interesting points.
Ignis went right to his task of watching Eli as soon as Helen gave it to him, but fortunately, it didn’t seem to be much work at all. Eli followed of his own accord, so Ignis had to do nothing more than float around him, completely transparent. Since he had little else to do as they moved along, he let his mind wander. The fact that this inquisitor was likely hunting them at that very moment probably should have been concerning, but Ignis found himself more interested in this mansion they had entered.

Drake’s mansion was large and fancy, with different varieties of artwork and immaculately shined furniture all sitting in their proper places. Even the floor was made of an expensive rock, accented with that one rare metal that Humans seemed to like. All of it seemed entirely pointless to him; it reminded him of the homes of some of the most annoying people he had met in his existence. The rich owners of these kinds of mansions usually had a certain kind of personality, one that was spectacularly dull. Their only redeeming factor was how hilariously they usually reacted whenever he did something to throw some chaos in to the perfect little worlds they had created for themselves. Places like this, they were the perfect targets.

Just as they were getting close to the medical wing, Ignis managed to pay enough attention to see Eli writing his message on the wall just behind the others. Helen would probably want him to rush Eli along, and he would do that…soon enough. For the moment, he took on a visible form and walked up alongside Eli. “Oh, I like it. Simple, but really…in-your-face. It’s just too bad they have servants for this stuff.” He commented before looking up directly at Eli. “You know, I think we could have a lot of fun in a place like this, don’t you think?”
"As far as we know, every single one of them are dead." Ghirn answered to Telmeck. "After you evacuated the station, our strike team did manage to capture some of the rebels. However, when they attempted to interrogate them, they all essentially self destructed, and all in the same way. Massive hemorrhaging of the brain, which killed each of them basically instantly."

Rareth nodded. "I though that is what that was. When we captured one of them, he died pretty suddenly after we started questioning them. Oddly, he sounded like he was about to actually tell us something before he died. Seems strange to me that someone who was actually willing to talk would have willingly undergone a procedure like that."

"Yes, I recall that from your report. It is possible that it was not a voluntary procedure for the rebels. Regardless, it is safe to say you will never see those rebels again, but that kind of bioengineering is not what we would expect to see from a group of rebels with seemingly limited resources. That implies there is something more going on, but exactly what we cannot yet say. There may have been a larger organization funding, or even directly controlling them. However, we cannot link them to any known group with sufficient resources who would actually benefit from this kind of attack. None of the files we have examined so far even mention the goal of these rebels. They took the hostages, then just seemed to wait for us to arrive. Luckily, it looks like enough data was recovered that we will be able to send you on a mission to follow up on this. The details of it are being finalized as we speak." Ghirn explained.
Meesei took the vial in her hand, examining it and the liquid within. She would have Sabine examine it just in case, but it was not difficult to guess what the liquid might be. As well, the symbol etched upon the stopper was easy enough to recognize. If nothing else, it strongly suggested that Clavicus Vile was involved in the murder. However, as suspicious as the find was, Meesei was going to do everything she could to make sure the vial implied what she feared.

"And you found this in her room? If this means what I fear, then she could be even more dangerous than even the charges laid against her would imply. Where specifically in the room did you find this? I intend to follow this lead as far as I can." Meesei asked.
