Ssarak might object to that out of principle, after they are out of danger, of course. Apparently, there is something in this camp that is important for our investigation. Could be anything.
I think I'll need to know Alaira's reaction before I can post, as Ssarak's response will depend on if she does anything crazy.
One by one, Meesei set about handling the tasks she needed to complete before the end of the day. Sabine expressed her concerns over testing the poison in the vial, so Meesei decided to err on the side of caution. She still needed to test the vial, but they would need to do it in the most safe, controlled manner as possible. Meesei privately informed Carana of the need for a test with a sample of the undiluted poison, though Meesei mentioned nothing about the vial or where she obtained the poison. She did, however, mention that the test needed to remain a secret for the moment. However, they did not begin testing the vial immediately. Instead, Meesei allowed Carana to rejoin Sabine in observing the still-ongoing test which would confirm or deny the timing of the poisoning. The new test did not need to be performed immediately, and Meesei wanted to give Carana ample time to make all necessary safety precautions, such as gathering protective clothing and protections against dangerous fumes. For the moment, Meesei kept the vial, as she would need it to confront Harriet later that night.

The next task was finding guards for Harriet, which Meesei was able to do more openly, though she shared the true reason for this with no one. To Harriet, Meesei explained that, in light of the attack on Oswall, the lieutenants were not safe. Since Harriet was the accused, she was the one in the most danger of being attacked by a potential vigilante, so Meesei would find reputable individuals from each of the lieutenants' packs, including Harriet's, to protect her. She was able to find the first two in a reasonable amount of time, but before she could find the last two, they came across a scene which realized Meesei's fears on this entire situation. Two groups, evidently loyal to Oswall and Harriet, were on the verge of violence, which was something that had to be stopped immediately. A fight now, even a minor would, could spark greater violence later.

"None of you are correct, not entirely." Meesei shouted in her commanding voice as she stepped up between the two groups. "There is no use arguing this with each other. Your fears are understandable, and your anger natural, but instead of turning your claws on your brothers and sisters, speak your questions to me. From what I have heard, I am in a position to answer them all."
Alright
I'll make the edits if you wish to continue in this.
Hmm, I did already have Ghirn say how the team was being split, though that would be a simple edit.
“Not long, actually.” Ghirn answered as he activated the holographic screen of the computer built into his wristband. “All of the information we gathered gave us a pretty solid lead. These rebels went through quite a lot to cover their tracks and hide their allegiances, but it seems chance is on our side for this one. The weapons they are using are of all types. Some of the more advanced ones seem to have been stolen, as they carry their registration information, but others, particularly the ballistic weapons, are entirely unmarked. We’re having others follow up on leads from the registered weapons, but for you, we have something on the unmarked guns. It seems one of their weapon shipments had been found, then tagged and allowed to go through. According to the information from the tracker, the shipment passed through the city of…” Ghirn began, checking his screen briefly. “Paris, on the Human homeworld.”

“Hmm, Paris. I know a chef from there.” Rareth commented, though she really didn’t know where she was going with the statement, as it didn’t help in the slightest.

“Indeed, they are known for their cuisine.” Ghirn commented with a slight chuckle as he closed the screen on his device. “You all will be both the investigation and strike teams. Obviously, some of your skills will apply more directly to aspects of the mission, but all of you will be needed at some point. You need to find the source of these weapons and recover any information you can on who these rebels might have been working with. Some of the information from the station is still being analyzed, but we should have some more specific information for you in a day or two.”
There was quite a bit happening all in the span of a few moments. Before the woman could even respond to the Mandalorian, the shirtless Human pulled out a sword, of all things, and threatened the Twi'lek that had been flirting with everyone she saw. Then, a Gungan male actually walked up to Sirka, an act which was not a common occurrence. She glanced back and forth between the Gungan, and the two drinks he had brought to the table. Observant, he seemed to be, as she did say that she respected the one serving her drinks.

"I'll allow it." Sirka commented as she took the drink, then returned her gaze to the shirtless man while speaking to the Gungan. "You know, I should really pay more attention; then I might know what's going on between those two. I would guess that she turned him down or something, but she's been flirting with every male she's come across since she got here. I can smell it on them when they walk away, and she's not lying with her offers. This guy, though, his scent is angry. Real angry."

As Sirka spoke, another woman took center stage, except she was actually trying to calm everyone down. Sirka supposed it would actually be best if the Cantina didn't turn into too much of a killing floor just yet, not until after she had secured her job. And, if this new woman was right, then more than a few of them might end up working together. Regardless, since the Human seemed to be handling it, Sirka turned back to the Gungan and continued with her drink. "I hope that guy's not going to be on my team; he seems a fool to me. Going about that all the wrong way. I don't know your kind as well as most, so I can't quite judge your scent. If you're here to try to get into a bed with me, well, you're going about it better than laserbrain-with-a-blade over there with the Twi'lek. I might like my fights, but I like my drinks even more."

Suddenly, Sirka heard a noise from her datapad. She pulled it from her bandolier and saw the coordinates to one of the hangers on the ship. It seemed like it was time to get this job started. "Well, looks like we're going to have to pick this up later." Sirka commented as she finished off her drink and stood up. "Oh, by the way, that drink you ordered is the strongest this cantina has in stock. Good luck with that." She added before heading on her way out of the cantina. On the way to the hanger, she stopped by her room to pick up the rest of her weapons and equipment. Based on how things were going so far, she felt she might need the firepower. Her primary weapon was a heavy repeating blaster cannon, which was originally meant for mounted use by Human-sized species, but she had converted it into a personal weapon for her own use. The blaster was attached by a small hose to its power cell, which she wore as a backpack. When not holding the blaster cannon in her hands, she could carry it on her back as well by clipping it to the power cell. All of her other weapons and supplies she carried in her bandoliers, or on belts, as her tough hide meant she had little need for armor, and Ssi-ruu in general did not wear clothing. When she finally arrived in the hanger bay, Sirka waited silently, much like most of the rest of this "team."
You know, I can't say I know the long-term ramifications of outright murdering someone in this particular situation. Guess I'll let
Sep decide.
There were quite a few people making their way into the cantina by this point, and Sirka'ith was ignoring most of them. She usually didn't care what others were doing, as there were few stupid enough to actually make trouble with her. One advantage of her appearance was that all but the most arrogant, or most intoxicated, would pick her as a target. In all the time she had lived on Nar Shaddaa, she had never once been the target of a mugging, an impressive feat to anyone who had even passing knowledge of the Smuggler's Moon. As such, she felt no real need to be cautious in public places. Whereas some rightfully paranoid individuals might size up crowds or plot escape routes, Sirka never bothered. Her escape plan was always the same: walk straight out the front door, and crush anyone who tried to stop her.

The only time Sirka paid attention to the crowd was when it looked like something interesting was going to happen. and when the Besalisk started to bother the armored Human woman, it seemed like she would get to see just that. A good bar fight was always fun to watch, or get involved in, depending on what mood struck her. For now, though, she just turned her head towards the pair, sipped her drink, and watched the show. Unfortunately, it didn't last long, as the Besalisk was as uncoordinated as he was stupid, so the woman was able to end it in a matter of moments, followed shortly by some other guy shooting him while he was down.

Sirka grunted as she glanced down to the Besalisk on the ground. At first, she thought her entertainment was over, but then the man who shot him elected to sit down next to this "Crimson Assassin" and try the exact same thing as the Besalisk. At this point, Sirka could not help but to burst out laughing. "That's great. Men really never learn, do they?" Sirka commented loudly enough to be heard by pretty much everyone in the cantina. "Oh, and you better be intending to tip the bartender for the mess. There aren't many people I care about, but I respect the one giving me my drinks."
