That makes sense. We would think that inner city encompasses fortress plus lakeside town. Outer city would then surround that on all non-wet sides. That fit your idea, sparks?

Yes, that puzzled us too. The castle might be water-inaccessible, but it is not that plausible for the inner city. A sea wall could make sense, though. I.e. A wall right behind the wharves. Maybe a smaller inner harbor with a raised chain to seal out anything above rowboat / small canoe in size.

We sent a PM to Goldie 14 hours ago. Still no reply, but we'll naturally wait at least a day, preferably two after post time before we begin to think what to do next. We don't want another RP we're in to die from a cause that can be avoided. We had to admit earlier on that our character in another small RP was no point in continuing (we'd lost the character's spark in that setting)

We've been unable to find anything worth posting about with Morven. Being busy in RL is understandable. We just can't feel right continuing while we have nothing we feel is worth writing. It might be that we should have coordinated more on the ship layout earlier. Planned things out more so that interaction could be certain. For that matter, deciding on the rough size of the actual ship would have helped a lot.

We like Morven and might try to find a place to use her later. She's got potential if we find the right scene.

We get the feeling this RP is essentially dead. The lack of interaction was caught too late. We feel like we've lost the spark for it. Morven is a character with some potential, but we can't see now how to put it to use here. Without that spark, we don't think we can make this character worth continuing here.

Easiest solution with uncertain player count would be throwing everyone in the same cell. Sure, its not as secure, but at least it opens for more interaction.

Also, maybe opening up for more players?
