There's two bridges, and we're not entirely sure "little" describes them. They've both got spans of over 100m.

There's no immediate reason to detain them, other than maybe to chat with them and (at least attempt) to make them see that the invasion was both logical and justified. Of course, what the Vocators might do is not something we can say for certain.

If anyone wants to talk without the same delay, we're also around the guild IRC.
we've added some more stuff now.

A small(ish) lake inside the Fortress walls (convenient for sieges)
A circular road in the outer city. one of the main thoroughfares.
A road leading down to a lower level. We plan to expand that further east later. Also a primary road.
A small river coming out of a hole in the hill, flowing downhill to the big lake.

A lot of invisible stuff (polygons to the topography, to make it easier to work with an less amateurish-looking)

We'll also later add roads down to the water.
The inner city terraces number about 40-50 and are fifteen meters tall. Not planning on changing that further anytime soon. Especially not with almost every PC being outside it.
We've begun writing a bit for the Empire again. We figure they've seized much of the outer city, but not the docks yet. We just haven't worded it out.

Not decided yet what we want Thora to do.
9.909 m. The wall is tall above it to prevent that from being a weak spot. Vertical distance from top of Inner city Wall to the Fortress is 77.329m. Should be safe enough. Increasing that particular space is one of those spots that would require a lot of work.
Here's the smaller and more numerous terraces:

We couldn't get a perfect fit on the left side there, so we built some ramps instead. No doubt there's houses on all sides of that. We imagine that even if the walls are breached, the defenders can back up one or two tiers at a time. That ramp prevents flanking.
many characters, many voices, all speak.
(why would that be a provocation?)
Anyways, we're changing the terraces now. Current base number is 15m. A bit easier to make up transport between them with that.
With the frameworks set up, we could theoretically make a lot more terraces at lower heights, but we had to use some number. That won't even take all that much time. Right now we're making the topography inside the fortress walls easier to work with. Maybe also increasing fortress wall height a little just to even walls out.

Heh, BingTheWing...
You mean we should remove that tunnel leading to right under the inner walls, Sparks?

Nah, we haven't added such.

we've been messing a bit with your numbers. Most of the walls are about ten meters taller than the 50 feet, as we had a lot of terrain to cover. It was either that or a lot of towers to keep it even.

We flattened the inner walls today, adding four more towers and finished all the terraces. We've not yet decided how the people would move between the terraces, though. Maybe someone could RP in a sensible way of doing that? We rather doubt they regularly use rope to scale 50m vertical faces.

Anyways, the current appearance is as such:

some numbers:
Inner city ground area: 0.988209 km² (basically 1 square kilometer)
Terrace count: 17
Lowest to highest terrace height: 350m

Inner walls towers: 12
Fortress towers: 8
We're rebuilding the Inner City now. It'll have tiered terraces, so technically it'll be flat, but those Oragossi may have been powerful, but not enough to flatten it completely. So far we've flattened a third of the inner city and we've got five terrace levels and a total height difference of 150m. One advantage of this is that we'll be able to make the Old Kingdom Foundations more natural-looking.

@WilsonTurner: We didn't see your question till now. We're using Sketchup.
It is on the list of things that will be worked out (see frequent suggestions thread), but till Mahz gets back from traveling about, new features will (a bit sadly but understandably) remain lacking. The problem he has with it is that PMs are essentially forum threads with controlled access. If participant A deletes PM thread, then either the system has to do the same for participant B, which might not be wanted by that person, or has to work out how to simply remove participant A's access permissions to the PM thread.

It is not unlikely it will be implemented once Mahz also figures out how to work out inviting new people to an existing PM thread.
