Huh. Not on the main list of previous suggestions. Surprising.

This one would be useful for seeing whether someone truly has dropped off the grid or not.

We've found in the past that a rather decent portion of the players willing to take the effort to read up on things in an RP that has been going for a while will stay around if let join. I.e. if N bothers to read the IC and still wants to join and can craft a reasonable CS, (s)he'll be worth having. Especially with an established hard core of players who won't quit.

Wilson: Your character is rather hopeless... But very much worth laughing over.
Sep: you should send a few vocators to play with that one.

Barks... Why don't you and alida begin adding side elements? Maybe add some thought to the defense of the inner city and the fortress? Surely there is some way to play around there for you.

One thing you might find good knowing... They Don't know evokers have fled. They might guess, but compared to how Idris treats them, imperial treatment of evokers is much, much nicer.

To the vocators, the evokers are the targets. To the Imperial army, the city is the target. To the Empire as a whole, it's a bit vague what is most important.

at least this RP doesn't have the risk the previous RP we lost had... That one died solely because the GM dropped. The players were still around, but with no GM, it couldn't survive.

If you find ways of doing it roundabout, you can have characters in RPs be a bit racist (or the more fun version, speciesist). Its common for various races/species to show scorn or worse for others. But instead of just white ganging up on black, you could go with black and white ganging up against the green. We'd still do as Jorick recommended whenever you're not posting IC. Mind you, we personally like avoiding profanities even OoC, but thats a personal preference.

If you absolutely feel the need to insult someone and can't restrain yourself, do at least try to be creative about it. Mind you, not everyone are tough-skinned when it comes to insults. Thus it is generally best to avoid things that can be considered insults against the person behind an account.

Yes, the fight will be easy if someone doesn't give the defense a bit of support and organization. Too easy.

Sad to see Aristo go, but at least its better to know about the departure than to wonder whether someone is still in without getting an answer.
