Nothing is impossible. And Thora's relic is designed so that it could potentially have had more than one copy. The rough design was basically a night warrior package. The fact that we stuck that one someone wholly unsuited/unprepared for such is just our self-irony and wish for a challenge.
While the shelling is different, the basic powers are similar to those of the relic belonging to Sep's Kheris. Slightly different focus, but similar.

We would think that if someone else got a relic like hers, he or she would become quite a different character. If you're thinking of creating such, we have no objections here.

EDIT (we don't like double-posting): While randomly browsing, we found a pretty interesting image, one we think would make a nice evoker. But as we've got enough characters right now, we throw the image out here, so that perhaps someone else could use it.

We're not setting such in stone yet, as we'd base it on how the story evolves later.

We made him partially to force Thora to take a side, to make her useful. She was a bit too individual to work well.

We're going to place the capital Sparks. We're just working out other parts first. We know the region it'll be in.

We've started compartmentalizing the Empire with Alida now. Figuring what part was what in the past. Eventually we would think that we'll get to the point of adding actual cities.
