we've just been busy with christmas stuff. But we're still in.
We got our desktop back in working condition today, so that's one issue out of the way. Hopefully we can get net at our own place soon too, though that won't matter till around the third, as we'll be home until that date.

even though its not really true, a lot of people do believe that elves are superior to dwarves. one nice option to avoid that is to craft an RP where elves aren't available while dwarves are.

Also, we're very fond of flaws here. The relics not only grant advantages, but tend to balance out through unexpected or unforseen side effects.
Right now, you cannot have an allegiance that isn't shared by another character. It would be preferred if it is to either Othea, Kalesia or the Order of Idris.
Appearance: unless there's a logical reason in the relic or his history for his having black hair streaked with white (an example of the latter would be major head trauma in the past), it would not be acceptable with such hair. The rest of his appearance also indicates that he would not possibly function in society.
Heterochromia is an interesting trait, but can put him at a disadvantage in society. In many medieval cultures, people were critical in ways they aren't in today's world. Anyone born different would have risked being set out in the woods to die simply for being different. They were often superstitious, so religion would have helped them excuse it.
as for the relic... is it a sword or a knife? you describe it as both, yet it has to be one or the other.
so final point: the CS could become good, but it needs expanding.

If you intend to make someone really fond of strong, stout ales, you won't go for a pointy-eared elf, thats for sure.
Because we worked with him for a week in fixing it prior to his posting it up.
we tried playing a drunkard dwarf once, but couldn't do it because we could not delve into its personality properly. But then, the same has happened with other races, so...
