{exactly how I imagined her :o} Name: Alexis Stangle Status: Alive Age: 25 Race: Greater Human History: Alexis comes from a family of wealthy farmers. The farm belonged to her family for generations and have been the sole provider for the capital city for many years. She worked around the farm from a young age alongside the Vel. (Her father owned Vel that lived and worked on his land as Hunters and caring for the livestock, however, he treated them like family opposed to salves.) Golben, one Vel in particular noticed Alexis connection and love for nature and animals. He saw potential in her for something greater than the life already set out for her. To just live the rest of her days a farmer’s daughter till she was married off would be a waste, and so she became his pupil and he became her teacher. She trained many years and very hard to become a great Huntress, but this wasn’t an easy profession of men. The Vel were pure and connected to their natural surroundings it’s easy to see why they were great hunters and how it would come natural to them, however this never stopped her. She loved what she did, and there was always good coin in hunting for the city. About Them: Meek and kind at heart, but can be blunt and stubborn if pushed too far and agitated. It’s no surprise she has a respect and love for all Vel having grown up around them. She finds herself often studying people, observing them. Hunting or not it was important to her to always know someone’s next move. Weaponry: A long bow and spear. Etc: Alexis is always accompanied by a Red-Tailed Hawk she named Talon and the Timber Wolf, Frost; they are her eyes and ears, given to her by Golben when both animals were still very young, but old enough to be apart from their mother. She doesn’t have the advantages of the Vel Hunters so Talon and Frost would become very important to her.
